„We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.”

„Highly, highly recommend this hotel!!! I traveled to Huangguoshu Waterfall by myself, so here's my review. First, let's talk about the hotel overall. The front desk service was excellent and left a great impression on me. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, and the restaurant is quite large (though there are local specialty restaurants right outside, which I think are better for experiencing local flavor). Then there's the room! It was comfortable and clean, really hard to find any fault with it. Plus, the smart home features made the trip even more worthwhile. P.S. Huangguoshu Waterfall was truly magnificent during this period, but unfortunately, due to the rainy season, some areas were inaccessible. It's a shame, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!”

„Originally clear sky, it rained as soon as I arrived at Huangguoshu, thinking about it. When I arrived at the hotel, I parked the car. The room was very large and stylish. I ate the bee sugar plum sent by the boss. I heard that it was only ten days a year, which was very sweet. The scenic spot that the boss drove to also gave a few raincoats, the quality was quite good. When I came out, I saw a double rainbow! The haze on a rainy day dissipated instantly! The boss's downstairs is eating, and he gives a discount. The bar street and snack street are very close to the hotel. It takes a few minutes to arrive. I heard from the boss that the nightlife here is more monotonous. I played mahjong in the restaurant and went to the bar recommended by the boss. Lebao drank it. The craft brew here also drank it. I had a great time, I didn't step on a pit, haha, I have a chance to come next time, and I will come to live here!”

„Loved the location! There are so many small shops nearby to grab food or buy clothes. It’s also not far from Huangguoshu! I wish I knew about this hotel earlier, but I found it right after. If you order delivery food, it’ll arrive super fast! The service is great! My baby has a virus and he kept vomiting. An Ayi came to give the bed new sheets (around 2am) Need to improve: - add more variety for breakfast. „Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina – babcia, ponad 80-latka, dwoje dorosłych i dwoje nastolatków – wspaniale spędziła czas w hotelu Huangguoshu (Drzewo Żółtych Owoców) w Guizhou. Wodospad Huangguoshu to najwyższy wodospad w Azji, o wysokości 67 metrów i szerokości 83,3 metra. Cały malowniczy obszar Huangguoshu obejmuje 18 wodospadów, co czyni go największym skupiskiem wodospadów na świecie. Pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały. Naszym ulubionym daniem był smażony makaron na śniadanie. Po codziennej, pełnej przygód wycieczce do parku narodowego, rozkoszowaliśmy się przyjemnym prysznicem i mogliśmy spać spokojnie. Pokój był czysty i nowy, a na zewnątrz panowała spokojna cisza. W dniu wyjazdu nasz wcześniej zorganizowany transporter zmienił pojazd z 6-osobowego SUV-a na 21-miejscowego busa, na co nie wyraziliśmy zgody. Na szczęście kierownik hotelu pomógł nam skontaktować się z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za transport i zorganizował wygodny, 6-osobowy samochód, który zawiózł nas na dworzec kolejowy w Anshun. Personel hotelu to lokalni mieszkańcy, więc dobrze znają to miejsce i ludzi. Ten butikowy hotel jest gorąco polecany. Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina przywiozła ze sobą wspaniałe wspomnienia z pobytu. Oto, co nam się podobało w pokoju I udogodnienia: - Telewizor: Telewizor projekcyjny w pokoju rodzinnym, wyjątkowe doświadczenie - Łazienka: silne ciśnienie wody, dobry prysznic - Toaleta: samoczynnie spłukująca - Ręczniki: jednorazowe ręczniki kąpielowe i chusteczki do twarzy, z możliwością uzupełniania - Pralka: podczas mojego pierwszego pobytu w hotelu, pralka była dostępna w pokoju! Jest super wygodny - Owoce gratis w lobby: świeże z farmy brzoskwinie, liczi, woskownica czerwona (Myrica rubra, zwana również yangmei (chiń. uproszczone: 杨梅)) - Transport: bezpłatny transfer do i z hotelu do wejścia do Huangguoshu, w dowolnym czasie”

„1. The environment was nice, the front desk service was excellent, the room had good WiFi signal, a smart speaker, and the TV could be cast. 2. I was woken up early at around 7 AM by two children shouting, playing, and slamming doors in the hallway. They kept yelling, ”Xiaodu Xiaodu, open the curtains, close the curtains, turn on the air conditioner, turn off the air conditioner...” When I went to talk to them, I found it was housekeeping, but they weren't paying attention to the children. 3. Three housekeeping ladies started cleaning the room around 7 AM, chatting and laughing loudly and without any restraint. It was impossible to fall asleep. 4. Breakfast was monotonous. By 8:20 AM, there was no more porridge or eggs. The lady in charge of the kitchen didn't provide hot water or anything else to drink. 5. The bathroom had a slight musty smell.”

„Choosing E Shang Grand Hotel (Huangguoshu Waterfall) for our trip here was absolutely the right decision! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastically provided information on scenic routes and ticket purchasing methods during check-in. The biggest surprise was the shuttle service to and from the scenic area; the driver was waiting punctually at the hotel entrance and took us directly to the park entrance. After our visit, they picked us up again, saving us taxi fares and waiting time. The room hygiene was also excellent; coming back to a tidy room after a day of exploring instantly relieved half of our fatigue. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!”
