„We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.”

„這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！✨ 從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就熱情又高效，全程微笑服務，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊環境，讓人感覺特別貼心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。衞浴設施齊全，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯。 酒店的公共區域更讓我感到驚喜，大堂裝修現代簡約，還有專門的休閑區可以坐起休息和自助茶水站咖啡站。非常方便。有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機。甚至還有健身房，4.0版本漢庭還是太領先了哈哈哈想的太周到了，早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，有當地的特色早餐，建議大家都可以去嚐嚐脆哨和辣子雞。而且這裏離客運站，售票大廳還有黃果樹瀑布的入口都非常近，衹有幾百米的距離，走路也就幾分鐘，也不用擔心車子開過去不方便停，酒店也可以免費停車。附近好吃的也很贊！離得也都很近，昨天吃的一家小飯館還可以來酒店接我們，味道也很不錯。 整體來説，無論是服務、設施、環境還是衞生，都無非常好。性價比超高，下次來這裏還會選擇這家店，強烈推薦給大家！👍”

„Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina – babcia, ponad 80-latka, dwoje dorosłych i dwoje nastolatków – wspaniale spędziła czas w hotelu Huangguoshu (Drzewo Żółtych Owoców) w Guizhou. Wodospad Huangguoshu to najwyższy wodospad w Azji, o wysokości 67 metrów i szerokości 83,3 metra. Cały malowniczy obszar Huangguoshu obejmuje 18 wodospadów, co czyni go największym skupiskiem wodospadów na świecie. Pobyt w hotelu był wspaniały. Naszym ulubionym daniem był smażony makaron na śniadanie. Po codziennej, pełnej przygód wycieczce do parku narodowego, rozkoszowaliśmy się przyjemnym prysznicem i mogliśmy spać spokojnie. Pokój był czysty i nowy, a na zewnątrz panowała spokojna cisza. W dniu wyjazdu nasz wcześniej zorganizowany transporter zmienił pojazd z 6-osobowego SUV-a na 21-miejscowego busa, na co nie wyraziliśmy zgody. Na szczęście kierownik hotelu pomógł nam skontaktować się z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za transport i zorganizował wygodny, 6-osobowy samochód, który zawiózł nas na dworzec kolejowy w Anshun. Personel hotelu to lokalni mieszkańcy, więc dobrze znają to miejsce i ludzi. Ten butikowy hotel jest gorąco polecany. Nasza pięcioosobowa rodzina przywiozła ze sobą wspaniałe wspomnienia z pobytu. Oto, co nam się podobało w pokoju I udogodnienia: - Telewizor: Telewizor projekcyjny w pokoju rodzinnym, wyjątkowe doświadczenie - Łazienka: silne ciśnienie wody, dobry prysznic - Toaleta: samoczynnie spłukująca - Ręczniki: jednorazowe ręczniki kąpielowe i chusteczki do twarzy, z możliwością uzupełniania - Pralka: podczas mojego pierwszego pobytu w hotelu, pralka była dostępna w pokoju! Jest super wygodny - Owoce gratis w lobby: świeże z farmy brzoskwinie, liczi, woskownica czerwona (Myrica rubra, zwana również yangmei (chiń. uproszczone: 杨梅)) - Transport: bezpłatny transfer do i z hotelu do wejścia do Huangguoshu, w dowolnym czasie”

„這次入住雲垚民宿體驗超棒！位置就在黃果樹消防大隊附近，離景區很近。老闆是對年輕夫婦，對我們台胞特別熱情親切，讓人倍感溫暖。民宿不僅提供景區和美食街貼心接送，房間更是寬敞舒適、設計超美。最方便的是每層樓都有洗衣和烘衣機，對我們家庭遊客來說實在太貼心了！強烈推薦給來黃果樹旅遊的台灣鄉親，一定會像我一樣滿意！”

„super near the ticket office.... many restaurants nearby too Very good service.... there was a choke in the toilet... I called the front desk... they sent someone to fix it... prompt, quick and efficient. Stay during low season... not crowded at all Location is the best I feel to the waterfall park.”

„真的太推薦這家民宿了！老闆人超級好，辦理入住時主動幫我們提行李，一點都不見外。而且特別健談，不僅跟我們嘮了好多當地的趣事，還貼心推薦了周邊超地道的小吃店，完全沒踩雷！ 民宿是2025年開業的，整體佈置特別美觀有巧思，每一處細節都透着温馨感，設施也全是嶄新的，住起來又舒服又有幸福感。下次來這兒肯定還選這家！”

„Basic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.”

„Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They also offer a free shuttle service. They clearly explained what to eat, play, and shop around nearby. If you choose to go out for a night tour and call them late, they will come to pick you up, so you don't have to worry about the distance. The lobby is also very comfortable, and we even received a free gift for our first visit since it's a new hotel, which was nice. Cleanliness: The room was different from the pictures; it was much larger. The balcony was also very nice, and it was a relaxing place for two people to sit. Every place was very clean, and although it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no unpleasant odor. Facilities: The facilities were complete, and they used disposable toiletries, which weren't cheap or low-quality. I felt very reassured using them, unlike the toiletries used in ordinary hotels. This hotel was really good value for money. I will definitely choose Shierlan again next time I travel with my husband to Huangguoshu Waterfall, or when traveling with my family. It's very reassuring! (Special Note: This hotel has a swimming pool, which is supposedly heated, but I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't go in. The interior is worth checking out!)”

„Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!”

„總體居住體驗不錯！照片拍的太少了哈哈哈哈哈，但房間和實拍差不多的 設施：酒店是新開的，設施全都非常新，空調很涼快，吹風機風力很大，不過新房子的味道有點重，還需要再多通風 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：房間很大，住起來很舒適，床品睡起來還可以，床墊也不是很軟的那種，睡完不會腰痠背痛的 服務：老闆服務很好，可以來回接送到黃果樹瀑布景區，我們需要洗衣服，老闆也説可以先幫我們拿到天台晾曬。 建議：淋浴間的地板稍微有點滑，最好加裝一下防滑地墊。房間隔音不是特別好，房間底下最好加裝一下隔音封條。還有淋浴間沒有可以掛衣服的地方，可以改進一下。”
