„Miło spędziliśmy czas w dwóch sąsiadujących apartamentach na parterze, blisko basenu. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Do centrum miasta było zaledwie 6 minut spacerem. Śniadanie było wystarczające, a wieczorny koktajl smakował wyśmienicie. Zarezerwowalibyśmy to miejsce ponownie. Było spokojnie, a widok był niesamowity :)”

„This guest house is located right in the middle of the forrest. Really cute and the hotel staff is so kind. She is very sweet and super helpful. The only problem is the entrance is a long stairs steps and if you have huge luggage. It will be really hard to carry. The room is cozy but the bathroom has no amenities so please bring your own shower gel and shampoo.”

„Picture one is the balcony of the room, and the second is the terrace of a restaurant on the side. It is indeed on the mountain. We stayed for one night and didn't go to the main street, otherwise it was not convenient to go back and forth. It is a homestay on the mountain. The two brothers who manage the homestay are very diligent and friendly. The room is not bad. The little brother is very enthusiastic to help us call the bus to Galle the next day (although the customer service phone has been unable to get through, but the little brother is very hard) Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, basically no one in Sri Lanka, you have to prepare yourself Because we set off early, we didn't go to the rooftop to eat, directly on the second floor of the small table, the little brother prepared breakfast for us early and helped us call the sudden stop at the station.”

„Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch.”

„這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。 我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。 mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。 游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。 一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。 唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的”

„Great accommodation! It's a bit far from the center, but they offer to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. In fact, we had to go to the doctor, and the guy didn't leave our side until everything was sorted. Not to mention the amazing views of Ella from there. They were super friendly from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, if I return to Ella, I'd stay at this hotel again.”

„Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.”
