Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.”

„酒店距離阿拉恰特鎮中心步行大概8分鐘，相對安靜的地方。接待我們的小夥子有點冷淡，但效率還是很高的，我們很快被帶到了房間，並簡單認識了基本的設施。第二天見到了酒店老闆，人很熱情，還有一位小女孩服務生貼心的詢問我們對早餐的感受，並努力解決我們之間語言上的障礙，非常暖心，讓我們感到賓至如歸。我們的房間正對泳池，不是太大，但是設施都還不錯，住的比較舒服，就是浴室的花灑高度有點困擾。泳池和庭院可以更細心的打理，這算是一點小小的建議吧。離開的那天早晨非常早，大概7點的樣子，提前和服務生説明瞭情況，希望出發前可以獲得一頓簡單的早餐（日常的早餐時間是9點開始），我們得到了友好且有效的迴應。當天一位大嬸為我們服務，很早起來專為我們製作了早餐，非常感謝。臨走時熱情的與我們告別，讓我們感受到了温暖，我們很樂意再次訪問阿拉恰特，並留宿這間酒店。 The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the center of Alacarte town and is located in a relatively quiet area. The receptionist who welcomed us was a bit cold, but efficient, and quickly showed us to our room while giving us a brief introduction to the basic facilities. The next day, we met the hotel owner, who was very friendly. A young girl working at the hotel also approached us and asked about our experience with breakfast, making an effort to overcome any language barriers. It was heartwarming and made us feel at home. Our room faced the swimming pool, which was not very large but had decent facilities. Overall, the stay was comfortable, although the height of the showerhead in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The pool and courtyard could be better maintained, so this is a small suggestion. On the day we checked out, we needed to leave very early, around 7 am. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure （the regular breakfast time was from 9 am）. We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.”

„호텔 직원들의 서비스는 좋으나 시설 자체는 낡은 편입니다. 작은 수영장 2개 중 하나는 어린이용으로 얕고 하나는 깊습니다. 조식은 깔끔한 터키식 조식이고 나름 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 지도상 바다와 가까워보이긴 하지만 갈 만하고 유명한 해변, 도심과는 조금 떨어져 있었어요. 그래도 차가 있다면 다 10분 내로 갈 수 있을 정도 입니다.”
