„Location is good and not v good at the same time. Good in terms of the view, not so good because it's way up at the up and you have to walk up the slopes from the town. The main staffs were friendly and helpful, but not so much with the night shift staff. Wasn't helpful when we found dead bugs under the blanket. Handed us new blanket and pillows and expected us to put in on ourselves. Main staff and manager were nice enough to offer compensation, better cleaning, free washing service and complimentary birthday cake and wine.”

„Останавливалась в Гереме всего на одну ночь, но это было прекрасно. Администрация отеля была очень добра и заселила меня чуть раньше, дабы я не ждала долго после дороги. Номера в отеле - ооооочень красивые, на сегодняшний в моей жизни лучше еще не было Было очень чисто, фирменные косметические принадлежности, тапочки. Расположение очень удобное, смотровая площадка на шары находится в 10 минутах, национальный парк-в 20 ти минутах пешком, автовокзал в 5-7 минутах. Рядом вся инфраструктура. Есть терраса, из которой открывается красивые виды и там же сервируются вкусные завтраки -шведский стол, выбор невероятно большой: мезе, овощи, омлеты, сыры, фильтр кофе, чай, сладости , фрукты..) в общем, впечатление от пребывания в отеле -10/10”

„We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!”

Most importantly, I can honestly say the service is among the best I’ve ever experienced; it truly felt like a home away from home! 👍👍 Mr. BEMIS is both gentle and witty. The horse riding and hot air balloon tours he recommended were excellent in terms of safety, service quality, and value. On the morning of the 21st, while waiting for the balloon shuttle, another young man at the front desk was incredibly proactive and friendly, sharing insights about the balloons and keeping me company with pleasant conversation. On my departure morning, Cappadocia was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall, and all morning flights from NAV to IST were cancelled. To make sure I could catch my flight back home, I had to urgently rebook to Kayseri Airport. Another staff member immediately called his brother, who got up early and came to hotel then drove the taxi parked by hotel last night through the snow to get me there. Thank you all so much! I’m not saying the place is flawless—some facilities are a bit dated—but this level of guest service is vital for travelers. It exceeded my expectations and is a rare find. It truly justified our choice and deserves high praise and encouragement! 👍👍”

„레드투어 시작하는 곳쯤에 있는 호텔, 멋진전경들이 가깝고 하이킹하기도 좋고 음식점있는 거리까진 10분에서 15분정돈 걸어야하지만 부지런하면 문제될거 없는 거리기도 하고, 가까운 뷰포인트들이 있어서 그런지 밤에도 사람들 걸어다녀서 엄청 위험한 느낌은 안들었던 위치였습니당 직원분들 친절하고, 일찍갔지만 3시간 일찍 얼리체크인 해주셔서 넘 감사했음ㅠㅠㅋㅋ 물도 필터색상 안바뀜. 깨끗한 호텔! 다만 엘리베이터는 없어요 ㅎㅎ”

Le personnel de la réception est super sympathique et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Sur la terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel, vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne sur la ville de Goreme. Le matin, sur la terrasse, vous pouvez voir les monglottes flottant au-dessus. Prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est un plaisir, et vous pouvez profiter de toute l'image de la ville.”

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und der Hotelbesitzer und seine Mutter Sibel sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend, auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. „When I arrived at the hotel, staff said that we have no resevation of you.and rooms are full. I was so suprised ... but finally, staff prepared our room.(fantastic cave room) I dont know if this mistake is by the hotel. Anyway, the staff was kind for me.He arranged some great tours including hot air balloon. thank you.”

„家族旅行で2泊しました。 広々とした部屋で、4人で泊まってスーツケースを2つ広げてもまだ余裕がありました。 場所はギョレメの中心地を見下ろすことのできる坂の上で、歩いてすぐなのでアクセスは良かったです。 空港からはホテルに送迎サービスをお願いしました。1人10ユーロで現金支払いでした。 アメニティは小さなシャンプー・リンス・ボディシャンプーがついていたと思いますが、ボトルの字が消えかかっていて良くわからなかったので、持っていったものを使いました。歯ブラシやスリッパ、冷蔵庫、ペットボトルのお水はありませんでした。 朝食は9時からなので、気球体験から戻ってきて食べることができました。パンとチーズ、野菜のビュッフェスタイルで、飲み物はチャイがありました。パンは外側がカリッとして、内側がフワッとして美味しかったです。 洞窟ホテルに泊まってみたかったので、良い体験ができました。”
