„這裏比鎮裏安靜，旁邊就是美景，有馬場、全地形車場，也更實惠！最重要的是，我能説他的服務是最好的之一，賓至如歸的感覺！👍👍 Mr. BEMIS温和又機智，幫介紹的馬場、熱氣球的安全性、服務內容和性價比極佳；21日凌晨等候車接飛球時，前台另一小夥子主動熱情地介紹熱氣球情況和得體的攀談，打破候車的無聊；離開早晨卡帕突降大雪，上午NAV卡帕機場返回IST上午航班全取消，我緊急改到開塞利機場返回，以及時回國，另一工作人員趕緊call自己哥哥一大早爬起來冒雪趕過來開Taxi送去。謝謝你們！ 我並不是要説她各方面都無可挑剔，比如少部分設備稍陳舊，然而這些賓客服務，對旅遊者很重要，甚至稍微超出預期，而且卻並不經常這樣得到，所以非常值得起我們對她的選擇，值得讚揚和鼓勵👍👍 It’s much quieter here than in town, surrounded by stunning views, horse ranches, and ATV tracks—and it’s more affordable! Most importantly, I can honestly say the service is among the best I’ve ever experienced; it truly felt like a home away from home! 👍👍 Mr. BEMIS is both gentle and witty. The horse riding and hot air balloon tours he recommended were excellent in terms of safety, service quality, and value. On the morning of the 21st, while waiting for the balloon shuttle, another young man at the front desk was incredibly proactive and friendly, sharing insights about the balloons and keeping me company with pleasant conversation. On my departure morning, Cappadocia was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall, and all morning flights from NAV to IST were cancelled. To make sure I could catch my flight back home, I had to urgently rebook to Kayseri Airport. Another staff member immediately called his brother, who got up early and came to hotel then drove the taxi parked by hotel last night through the snow to get me there. Thank you all so much! I’m not saying the place is flawless—some facilities are a bit dated—but this level of guest service is vital for travelers. It exceeded my expectations and is a rare find. It truly justified our choice and deserves high praise and encouragement! 👍👍”

„Location is good and not v good at the same time. Good in terms of the view, not so good because it's way up at the up and you have to walk up the slopes from the town. The main staffs were friendly and helpful, but not so much with the night shift staff. Wasn't helpful when we found dead bugs under the blanket. Handed us new blanket and pillows and expected us to put in on ourselves. Main staff and manager were nice enough to offer compensation, better cleaning, free washing service and complimentary birthday cake and wine.”

„The most amazing part was their hosts Kader and Kareem. And their chef. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Room was also big and well ventilated and had a balcony too. The balloon view in the morning was also very clear and cherry on top. We complained about the lack of lighting in the room and they fixed it quickly. The only downside is probably their bit old furniture and overall ambiance but I’m pretty happy with it overall.”

„Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum miasta, z łatwym dostępem do kawiarni, restauracji i supermarketów. Pokój był przestronny, z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, a personel był przyjazny. Jedynym minusem był brak wody w mój ostatni poranek – próbowali to naprawić, ale musiałem wymeldować się wcześniej. Nie miałem też okazji spróbować śniadania, ponieważ jest serwowane o 8:30. Mimo to, polecam ze względu na lokalizację.”

„12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!”

„The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.”

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und der Hotelbesitzer und seine Mutter Sibel sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend, auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. „hi I dont have any idea to review because i dont go to there, just book but i have another plan on that day, im very sad because i very excited to go to this hotel!! Cause i want to wake up an can see balloooon but im very disappointed because i need to cancel my plan to there :((( i hope one day i’ll come again with my husbaby! „気球が中止になったため、急遽替わりのアクティビティをしたいと相談をしたら、すぐに手配してくれました。自力では探せずとても困っていたので、とても感謝しているし、とても素敵なアクティビティを経験できました。 また、部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。 また来る機会があれば、このホテルに泊まりたいです。”
