„Great service, very nice people. I had to abruptly leave and travel back to Canada as I had an illness spark up, that was very painful..... Dormy Inn front desk stated they would honor and give me a rwimburment on 3 of my 5 day stay.... my travels home took 15 hours in flights and I was rush to the hospital from there.... some rep from Trip.com left a message that Dormy Inn would provide payment back to me but the person didn't leave a name or contact number.... I tried contact through Trip.com website and they respond with I didn't get back to them in time.... thanks Trip.com... terrible service, will never use again. Dormy Inn, if I'm ever in Japan again, I'm sure to use your services. Regards”

„The hotel's location is excellent, just beside Higashi Muroran Station, and it is easy for you to travel to other towns for sightseeing. There is plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel provides breakfast everyday for people who are staying. There are plenty of vending machines on the ground floor and even free coffee on at the lobby. There is a hot bath at the top floor which gives you a view of the Hakucho Bridge. All in all would recommend this hotel for it's price, location and breakfast. Would stay here again the next I come to visit again.”

„Mogę spędzić bardzo wygodny czas w umiarkowanym pomieszczeniu japońskim. Wszystkie pokoje mogą palić, ale nie przeszkadzam zapachowi. Materace są również wygodne, i bardzo wygodnie spałem. Jeśli miałem okazję, chciałem go użyć ponownie.”

„管理人のおじさんやおばさんの温かい対応がとても良かったです。仕切りが壁とカーテンだけなので女性だと若干の不安はあるかも？女性用シャワー室あり。寝れて、朝食ついてこのお値段はとてもありがたい。おじさんおばさんが家族みたいに接してくださったのが本当に本当に嬉しかったです^_^”

„【可もなく不可もないビジネスホテル】 出張で2泊利用しました。最寄りの東室蘭駅からは徒歩約15分弱で、ビジネスホテルエリアの一角ではありますが、スーツケースや重たい荷物を持ちながらとなるとやはり不便な距離感です。ただ、これはおそらく東室蘭の繁華街の一つがその辺り(駅から離れている)にあるので、立地として仕方ない面があるのかもしれませんが。 ホテル自体は昔ながらのこぢんまりとしたビジネスホテルで、カードキーではなく物理鍵を差し込んで回して施開錠するタイプです。 部屋は比較的狭く、スーツケースはベットの上くらいでしか広げられません。それ以外は特段普通で、１階ロビーの奥にはフリードリンクのマシーンがあり、全てホットメニューでしたがコーヒーやココア等が飲めます。 謎の繁忙シーズンなのか定かではないですが、7月末の平日にもかかわらず、クオリティに比べて値段は高めだったので、その点はコスパが低いと感じました。”
