"Lastminute.com and other tour operators should remove this hotel from their lists or come check it out for themselves. 90% of the photos online are fake, especially those of the beach. Even the room images are misleading: they show suites that require an additional fee, otherwise you'll end up in rooms as small as sardine cans. The food offers very little choice and is terrible, while housekeeping is completely nonexistent, due both to the negligence of the staff and poor internal organization. The actual beach is unusable: it's completely broken, covered in seaweed, and full of garbage. To make matters worse, the beach bar costs money, and every basic service—from the TV remote to the safe—involves a surcharge. Despite the all-inclusive package, there's only one free bar, while everything else costs money. "Since the beach and sea are unusable, all the guests flock to the pool, which, however, is far too small for the number of people present." I conclude by saying that the structure deserves 1 star at most."

"Dar Sarbi in Nabeul exceeded every expectation we had. With only four rooms, it feels less like a guesthouse and more like your own private luxury home. The hospitality was genuine and warm from start to finish. The food was a highlight — the dinner they prepared was wonderful, and breakfast was an absolute treat. Our room was beautifully comfortable, and the rooftop, with its plunge pool, became our own private oasis. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it wholeheartedly."

"Nie poleciłbym tego hotelu Brytyjczykom ani nikomu innemu. Znalazłem tylko jedną recepcjonistkę, która mówiła po angielsku. Brak papieru toaletowego w recepcji i toaletach w barze. Restauracja nie była dostosowana do potrzeb Brytyjczyków, jedzenie nie miało etykiet, więc nie wiedziałem, co jesz, chyba że rozpoznałeś jedzenie. Obszar basenu był zawalony niedopałkami papierosów i zepsutymi leżakami. Przez 10 dni w telewizorach w barze leciały mecze piłki nożnej i inne wydarzenia sportowe, a w barze było tylko kilka osób. W barze zabrakło whisky, ginu, coli i sprite'a, a raz wody. Przez 4 dni w ramach wakacji all inclusive nie było wódki."
