"We stayed at the resort from May 11 to May 25, 2025. I gave the first excellent rating for the staff: 1. Maid A.Ruhiyya, very polite, neat, conscientious. 2. T. Arifa (Naftovit application), guests didn't call her Sunshine for nothing. 3. Emilia (electrotherapy), attentive and very kind. 4. Natalia (4-chamber naphthalan baths), with a constant flow, she strives to provide excellent procedures for everyone. 5. Doctor Shakhla, a friendly and good specialist. 6. Huge thanks to all the restaurant workers, the cooks do an excellent job, the waiters try. The second excellent rating is for the cleanliness of the resort and the area around it. Nevertheless, there are some suggestions for streamlining medical care: 1. Give timed referrals for examinations upon arrival, without this all visitors are forced to stand in lines, it took us 5 hours, which does not correspond to the level of the sanatorium. 2. Distribute procedures based on the correctness of their order, after a bath with naphthalan, another water procedure is immediately given, which negates the usefulness of the first. 3. Accept guests for treatment strictly on time, without creating a queue. These shortcomings are only brightened up by the excellent work of medical workers, for their efforts - thank you. Regarding the reservation, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Mamedov Merdan, he organized everything clearly and at a high level. I definitely recommend the sanatorium."
