"Our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 4:00 PM! They hastily decided to reassign us to another room. Imagine our surprise when, at 7:20 AM the next morning, someone entered our room. Another guest, to whom they had also assigned it. The service was appalling, and a receptionist asked us not to spread the word. The common areas were bordering on unsanitary… 1/5 because we can't give 0."
