Passed by and stayed only one night. Egg Castle was closed that morning.

We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous . The area is very nice and it’s walkable to different cafes and restaurants in the Chiaia area. Marco the concierge was a great help and recommended a lovely restaurant and bar toe eat. We would definitely come back to Grand Parker’s hotel

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Great hotel location!! We had the most amazing view of the city. Tons of great history framed on the walls that was fun to read. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was a Beautiful place! Staff was great! Very professional and helpful. The breakfast was done very well too. Various selections of hot and cold food. Loved it and would totally stay there again!

Stayed for two nights. The room (and lobby) were very clean and covered in art so there was always something interesting to look at. The staff were all lovely, interactive and very helpful for recommendations and booking transport. The location was amazing - really close to nice restaurants, the sights we wanted to see and the water. But the breakfast buffet was next level - brilliant spread of sweet and savory Italian foods alongside the classic cereal, yoghurt etc. Lots of things bite size so easy to try new things which all ended up being delicious! Really good value for location and service.

We stayed in a total of 14 people, divided into 3 apartments really more fun than the other! (The two beautiful communicating apartments really!) The location is top, two steps from the sea Caracciolo and Castel dell'Ovo. Cleaning and The hotel is very good and very good at our arrival. If we were to return to Naples, I would certainly return!' That's very good.
