"At first glance looks very nice. Arrived in evening and checked in, door to room only had one lock (not very secure). The a/c never got room cool and comfortable. Next morning tried to shower but no water pressure just a dribble, asked manager about it and they installed a new shower head but still not much pressure. Tried breakfast in morning food was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Checked out the pool next was green colored after i asked about it they turned pumps on and took 2 days to clear up.Finally got to change rooms, second was more secure and a/c was better but still no water pressure to speak of. Tv was fuzzy I asked morning clerk about it, went out for the day and when I got back in evening we tried the tv same problem called front desk and was told they forgot about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially at the rate they charge, there are many other quality places nearby!!"

"Got to the hotel the room we booked was not available. Gave us a different room no power let’s to charge my phone. The only power outlet in the room was covered over with tape absolutely no tea kettle water whatsoever to make a coffee or to do anything no water pressure whatsoever For the shower TV didn’t work out to talk to them two times to get the TV working baby teddy bear went missing out of the room when they cleaned their room talk to them about it. They told us that they did not have it but as we insisted that they must’ve taken it out with the other blankets. They said they were gonna check and they came back with it so they did accidentally or whatever take it out of our room."

"The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. I had to wait a long time because there was no one at the front desk, and there were too many small ants in the room. The facilities were old, and they didn't clean or replace towels for 3 days."
