„位置在湖旁，景色一流，有泳池，有Spa,設施規模很大，數十人也足夠使用，很享受spa環境，更有戶外空間。 只是沒有享受到早餐，不過自費是有餐廳提供優質膳食的，看來也很受歡迎，周未有音樂節目。 距車站有點遠，大量行李要慎思。 附近有超市，不過星期日休息的店很多，有點失預算。”

„Very clean hotel, fantastic service at the counter. Easy access via bus (just 3 stops from Stans), and bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a fuel station just outside the hotel so it was convenient to get breakfast and other snacks. Toilet lights are motion sensor which is good for energy saving, but it auto turns off while we are in the shower as the timer might be too short. No fridge in hotel room though, but be slightly inconvenient for families with young children that need to store milk.”

„We love the view, and the car park is free. Thank you very much. But we hope the breakfast can serve something hot. But overall is okay. After breakfast you can take a walk near the lake. We love it. Thank you.”

„設施：可以説都是一流的啦，這麼貴的價格也是該匹配這樣檔次的設施的。spa體驗非常棒，無敵景觀是在別處獲得不了的。對着盧塞恩湖發呆泡着温泉非常舒適。可以説這個山頂高空無邊泳池屬於一流了。全不銹鋼花紋內池壁感覺乾淨舒適。各種温度和不同功效的桑拿房隨意使用，沒什麼人幾乎等於包場。最喜歡一個草葯精油的桑拿房感覺蒸完人都香香的。冰房和冰池不敢體驗。酒店自己的上下山小火車和去往盧塞恩鎮的船一小時一班都是住店客人免費無限次乘坐。我們開車到店第二天體驗了一下非常棒。住客可以坐船的頭等艙。不過天氣好在二層户外看湖景挺好。開車到店有人幫停車，會給一個取車卡片，很方便。住店停車是免費的哦。 衞生：非常乾淨整潔。哦有一個問題也許應該反饋在設施裏。打了一夜大雨，我們房間的陽台積水了。反饋給前台，説沒關係不會漫進房間。但是看起來就會覺得怪不舒服的。 環境：環境沒得説，酒店一面看美麗的盧塞恩湖景一面看美麗山坡。當然入住來説還是推薦湖景房，在房間就可以看到令人心曠神怡的景色！度假村很大，沒事走走環境都非常棒。 服務：那晚到店比較晚21點多並沒有給我們到店酒。其他服務感覺都不錯。早餐非常好，檔次高，吃飽了再叫一壺茶看着美景喝茶簡直太舒適。和馬爾代夫的jiaolibeing差不多檔次。當然價格也差不多。水喝完了可以讓前台免費送不需要收費。房間免費提供了免費純水和氣泡水。spa桑拿區有飲料和水果堅果都是隨意食用。總體感覺是非常不錯的。處處都有無敵景觀！”

„멀리서온 한국인한테 정말 친절했던 호텔입니다. 호수가에 있기 때문에 뷰는 정말 좋구요! 내부 역시 고급스럽고 깔끔합니다. 교외에 있어서 렌트카가 없으면 불편하지만 렌트카가 있다면 적극 추천합니다. 전용 주차장도 있어요! 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 다시한번 감사드립니다~”

„房間整潔，還有配水，很難得，地理位置景色不錯，特別是早餐時候。可以邊吃早餐邊欣賞瑞士的田園風景，那種感覺非常不錯，非常推薦”

„Overall the hotel is good to stay and the lady boss is very friendly. But there are two things need to be improved. The bed is too high and the bed side is made of thin wood, the fabric which covers the wood is broken, which hurts the skin. We had two courses dinner in hotel which cost 70 CHF per person, one half-plate salad(chef specially made for us as we want to eat some vegetables)and one beef, the beef is very very salty. The food quality wasn’t match with the price. During our more than one month travel in Europe, this meal is one of the most expensive but taste the worst.”

„My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery. The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian. There was no kettle or fridge. We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through. Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that.”
