"Położenie hotelu jest idealne dla każdego, kto odwiedza jezioro lugu. Wyobraź sobie, że obudzisz się do widoku na jezioro i góry. Hotel jest również dość nowy z pięknym deco i przygotowali wiele zastanawialnych rzeczy, w tym jednorazowe ręczniki, jednorazowe ręcznik wanny, darmowa codzienna herbata popołudniowa i krótkie zdjęcie. Kilka rzeczy, których chciałam, poszło lepiej. - śniadanie: wybór był dość ograniczony i głównie chińskie jedzenie. Nie było dla mnie problemem, ponieważ zwykle nie jem śniadanie. - ograniczony papier toaletowy: niestety mój mąż i ja byliśmy w dół z zatruciem żywnością podczas podróży, więc papier toaletowy szybko stał się niedobór. - niespójna temperatura w prysznicu: prysznic w mojej pierwszej nocy przełączył się pomiędzy lodowatym zimnem i parowym gorącym, nawet bez dostosowywania temperatury. Hotel na szczęście mógł go naprawić w moją drugą noc. - matrac był zbyt twardy, i czuł się jakbym spał bezpośrednio na podłodze... Niestety hotel nie miał opcji dodać na topper i to naprawdę wpływało na jakość snu w ciągu dwóch nocy, które tam byliśmy. Jednak preferowanie miękkiego materaca jest osobiste. Byłoby miło, gdyby hotel posiada toppery przygotowane dla gości, którzy wolą miękkie łóżko. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to było nadal przyjemne doświadczenie i polecam dla każdego, kto odwiedza jezioro lugu."

"The room wasn't as new as it looked in the pictures, but overall it was still quite good. The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the water when no one else was around was wonderful. The butler, Zhima, provided excellent service! They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

"The room has a great view, being right by the water. It's spacious and the facilities are good. However, a previous guest left durian in the fridge without cleaning it out, so the whole room stank of durian whenever we opened it. We couldn't even use the fridge."

"The service here is incredibly enthusiastic! They set up a dedicated butler group chat, and even when I locked myself out at 1 AM and needed the butler to open the door, they responded instantly 😂. The hotel itself is also very clean. You can walk through the back of the hotel directly to Lugu Lake. Waking up in the morning, going to the restaurant for breakfast and coffee, and just sitting by the lake for a while – it’s truly a wonderful and relaxing experience."

"Upon arrival, a porter immediately helped with our luggage, and check-in was very quick. Next to the restaurant, there's a replica of a grandmother's house, which creates a wonderful ambiance. Our butler, Kevin, informed us about the hotel's activities and arranged a welcome gift for our child. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of activities, it's a great place."
