This is a very nice new clean hotel with friendly staff. They have social distancing signs throughout the building and require masks in all public areas. The room was very clean and we appreciated the extra touches (like the towel decor and flowers). As heavy sleepers, the train was a very mild issue. However, for anyone who is a normal sleeper or a light sleeper, the trains may be an inconvenience. However, the hotel does provide ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers.

I was exhausted after 24 hours of traveling with delays and spending the night in Toronto airport. I arrived at the Fairfield Marriott Edmonton Airport at 1130am and the 2 staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The shuttle bus was on time and the driver was excellent as well. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable and location is 2 minutes from the airport (and right across the road from Costco!). The gym is well equiped and clean and the bar staff were great.

I have stayed here as someone travelling with only adults and while travelling with a baby, both times they have met all our needs.

Holiday Inn Express is right beside the Holiday Inn. There is a train track just behind the hotel which was quite annoying. The hotel though was clean. There's only one elevator. Staff were kind and friendly. The hallway was way too hot. The room was modern enough with a great desk area that swivels out. The couch was uncomfortable. The bed was great. Lots of tv channels. Great kurig coffee. Bathroom...way too small. And the shower curtain was ripped in two places.

Overall a good airport stay and I will recommend for anyone needing to stay near the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to be in walking distance to places, probably not ideal. This is an ideal airport hotel.

We made a surprise last minute visit to Edmonton after our Swoop flight out of Toronto to Puerto Vallarta was cancelled and we were rerouted, necessitating an overnight stay. We booked here and we're very pleasantly surprised. After an easy shuttle service and efficient check-in we were almost shocked how nice the room was, given how little we paid. It was clean with a comfy bed, quality bedding, and all the necessary toiletries. Unfortunately, we had to leave well before the breakfast service started at 6AM, but more importantly, the shuttle was waiting for us at the time requested. If only all travel experiences went this well!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. A gem in the middle of an industrial area. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed comfortable. We (6 of us) had dinner there and it was very good! Again, we were surprised! We had to miss breakfast but got grab bags to go & coffee at 4:30 a.m. waiting for the shuttle. The staff were great and very accommodating. The shuttle was on time and a call from the airport when we picked up our luggage and the shuttle was at the airport within 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel. Fred and Donna V.

We made a surprise last minute visit to Edmonton after our Swoop flight out of Toronto to Puerto Vallarta was cancelled and we were rerouted, necessitating an overnight stay. We booked here and we're very pleasantly surprised. After an easy shuttle service and efficient check-in we were almost shocked how nice the room was, given how little we paid. It was clean with a comfy bed, quality bedding, and all the necessary toiletries. Unfortunately, we had to leave well before the breakfast service started at 6AM, but more importantly, the shuttle was waiting for us at the time requested. If only all travel experiences went this well!

Holiday Inn Express is right beside the Holiday Inn. There is a train track just behind the hotel which was quite annoying. The hotel though was clean. There's only one elevator. Staff were kind and friendly. The hallway was way too hot. The room was modern enough with a great desk area that swivels out. The couch was uncomfortable. The bed was great. Lots of tv channels. Great kurig coffee. Bathroom...way too small. And the shower curtain was ripped in two places.

I was exhausted after 24 hours of traveling with delays and spending the night in Toronto airport. I arrived at the Fairfield Marriott Edmonton Airport at 1130am and the 2 staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The shuttle bus was on time and the driver was excellent as well. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable and location is 2 minutes from the airport (and right across the road from Costco!). The gym is well equiped and clean and the bar staff were great.

I booked a night at the Renaissance as I was flying to edmonton to pick up my son and fly home the next morning so didn't want to stray far. The room was clean, cozy and quite. There was a pool and Starbucks and several food options. Very accommodating and would stay again.

This is a very nice new clean hotel with friendly staff. They have social distancing signs throughout the building and require masks in all public areas. The room was very clean and we appreciated the extra touches (like the towel decor and flowers). As heavy sleepers, the train was a very mild issue. However, for anyone who is a normal sleeper or a light sleeper, the trains may be an inconvenience. However, the hotel does provide ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers.
