The location is very good, in the center of the old city, the flat square on the north side of the main road, unlike many other hotels that need to climb many stairs. There is an inconspicuous green door under a restaurant with the name of the hotel at the door. After entering the door, go directly to the second floor to the front desk. Mixed men and women, said to be 12 people shelf bed, but the actual ~ I live in 5 shelves bed can accommodate 10 people. There is a lamp hanging on the wall and two sockets at the head of the bed. A thin quilt and a bath towel are provided. There are lockers but no locks, so either bring your own locks or carry valuables with you. The toilet and bathroom are divided into men and women. It is more troublesome to put things without hooks in the bathroom. There is a small kitchen behind the toilet where you can cook by yourself, there is a patio next to the kitchen, and there are two lounge chairs to rest. A day of about 20 euros for the poor travel student party is a good choice. Note: Since the restaurant downstairs will be noisy until late, then the clock in the old town will start ringing at 6 o'clock in the morning.

It’s so over, the sea view is super beautiful, and you can watch the sunset at night. Although the dinner is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. In fact, it is more expensive than the ancient city, but the restaurant on the other side of the ancient city is not comparable to the taste here. There is a bus to the old town at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient.

My fiancé and I visited for 4 nights as he was taking part in the Dubrovnik triathlon. We booked with EasyJet Holidays and had a private transfer to and from the airport. Our driver both ways was excellent. On the journey into Dubrovnik he stopped at a viewpoint so that we could see the Old Town for the first time. Our driver on the way back to the airport told us more of the local area that we had started to see. First impressions of the hotel were really good. Impressive entrance and lobby area. The bedroom had a beautiful view of the sea, the nearer islands and the distant coastline. The room had a good sized wardrobe with hangers. There was a well stocked minibar if you want that kind of thing and what we thought was a welcome bottle of wine but actually had a sign next to it to say it was part of the display and chargeable. There are no drawers in the room so for a couple staying longer than we did, there is inadequate storage. The bathroom is stocked with nice shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel and body lotion. The pool area was clean but we only used the inside pool which was on the top floor which was a lovely space. The pool temperature said 27 degrees but was very cold. The jacuzzi was really nice as was the sauna and steam room! The reason for a low rating given that this is advertised as a 5 star hotel was the food, especially the evening meal, which was dreadful !! The breakfast was passable but I’ve eaten in better cafés !!! The restaurant was open until 10pm and one night we got there at 8.30 pm and the second time 9pm so nowhere near the end of service. We had to attract attention to order drinks. There is very little choice for starters. There were piles of soup bowls but no soup. The main course consisted of mostly overcooked meat or small bits of fish. The ‘veg’ last night was a choice of a pea slop in some form of gravy, a beetroot risotto that had no moisture and no taste and either potato pie or what I would call a hash brown. My fiancé and I got a selection of desserts as we’d hardly eaten anything and absolutely nothing had any taste or moisture - no ice cream, cream or custard available. Not even a cheese board and crackers. A really nice touch (not !) is that absolutely no one comes near to clear away dirty plates after each course and therefore you end up with a pile of leftovers and crockery in the middle of your table. Not a good thing at all !! The location of the hotel is very good and the No. 4 bus stops right outside and takes about 15 minutes to get to Pile and the entrance to the old town. (Get the Dubrovnik Pass which not only gives access to the City Walls and museums but also gives free bus travel). We ended up eating out twice because of the food and thank goodness we did; on a recommendation from a friend we went to the Panorama restaurant on our first night which is at the top of the cliff accessible via cable car - stunning views ! The hotel is particularly good. When taxiing, the driver said that this was the best hotel in Ducheng in his mind. Outside the window is the Adriatic Sea. The supplies in the room are L'Occitane, which is also good. The breakfast was very rich and there was champagne to drink. Although the hotel is not large, but the location is convenient, the hotel elevator goes straight to a small beach and can swim. Hotel service is very warm, arrived at the hotel at noon, although the room is not cleaned for a while, the hotel will send complimentary drinks, while enjoying the sea view and rest. The hotel’s restaurant is Michelin II and you can taste it without leaving home.

The first impression was mega. Beautiful large suite with sea view. All right. The room service was OK in the first two days too. Breakfast leaves to wish. At first glance everything the heart wants. But, it doesn't really taste good to unsavourable. The service staff has everything possible to do, just not host the guests or be careful. Completely at the wrong place. For 5 stars what else expects. The cleaning of the room was unfortunately also super great the first two days (have had 6 nights) the last days it was so bad, partly only the washing box made the beds and the towels changed. In the suite there was a nespresso machine with 4 capsules, we were to 2 and accordingly we had only 1 two days of what it was. After that it was no longer filled. Very very bad, you could do so many little things better...

This hotel is situated on the seaside with rooms with very beautiful views directly on the sea. The hotel is part of a huge complex, comprising several hotels and rentals of apartments with many small swimming pools and several restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable without being able to claim a very luxury character. The hotel is very comfortable and the room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and was very clean. The staff is friendly but probably insufficiently trained, so you are never accompanied to your table at the restaurant and men are served before women,. When shown the room I enquired if it could possibly be changed. The outlook was grim, over the kitchens which was noisy and there was a strong smell of food. We changed to a much better room the next day. Breakfast was O.K but the evening meal was basic. Pudding was the same every night, cut up fruit, a blancmange type of pudding or small pastry squares. On really hot days a scoop of ice-cream would have been perfect. We decided to eat out one evening and asked if we could swop dinner for lunch. Lunch was actually much cheaper but they said it was not allowed. There was no negotiation which was bad P.R. as most hotels will do this. The cheapest bottle of wine was 30 euros which I thought excessive. On the plus side, Ljuba, the cleaner on floor one was very good, friendly and looked after us very well. The hotel was just over the road from a pleasant beach which was very good for swimming. The hotel pool was very good and in September we always found a sunbed. I think that they need to be a bit more imaginative with the evening meal to ensure that clients return.
