"I tried calling the hotel for two days to confirm my arrival time. The phone wasn't answering. They also didn't respond to my messages or email. I arrived at 2:00 PM, but the doors were locked. The machine outside wouldn't give me a code to enter, claiming they hadn't received my payment for my stay, even though I'd paid in the fall. A woman came out and told me to come back in two hours when a staff member would return. They wouldn't let me in, and they didn't offer to leave my luggage. I contacted trip.com for help. They tried to contact the hotel, but to no avail. So, they moved me to another hotel. I can't comment on the cleanliness. The staff, as far as I can tell, doesn't treat guests very well."

"We were staying at Justin De Provence while we attended a local wedding. It was an ideal location with easy access into the lovely town of Orange. The place itself was very quiet and the grounds, including pool, were relaxing. Perfect for the time we had around the wedding. The room was clean and supplied with all the necessities. The only downside is there’s no bar, and it would be nice to have a glass if wine during the evening."

"Booked last minute and would not normally book B&B, but we were pleasantly surprised. The host, Valere, was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is rural with lovely grounds and pool and within easy reach of Orange. Exceptionally clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with freshly baked croissants."
