"The bathroom appeared to have black mold on ceiling and tiles. The bathroom door and area was heavily damaged by someone else’s dog. The room smelled like a goodwill store. Could hear all noises from adjacent rooms, including 2nd floor. Having room with door going outside was loud with car noises and people coming and going loudly. Maybe the non pet friendly rooms were better, but spending $157 for this room felt like robbery. Motel 6 would have been better. I feel like we should get a refund."

"The black man at the front desk wasn't very friendly. He refused to give us connecting rooms, saying they were fully booked. There was no free tea or coffee at the bar, so you had to buy it yourself. The hotel is conveniently located."

"The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location exactly where we needed it to be. The breakfast is mediocre but not terrible. Not a whole lot of options for being advertised as "full hot breakfast". But the stay was good overall."

"The hotel was in a great location, right near the freeway.  It was very clean.  The staff that I engaged with were very nice and accommodating.  The room was on the small side and had outdated decor, but had a nice shower, TV,  etc.  I need to bring to the attention of the staff, as I forgot to tell the front desk, the refrigerator in Room 302 has a bad thermostat.  Unless I used the very top shelf, it froze everything I put in there.  I lost two cans of sparkling water that froze and blew up in the refrigerator.  Other than that, everything else worked properly.  I especially enjoyed the fat free Chobani yogurt  and mix-ins available.  Although I brought my own coffee pot, the one in the room was the same as I had and I appreciated that it accommodated a larger cup than most of the in-room coffee pots.  I also appreciated the numerous plugs for all of my electronics."
