"We stayed one night for a shark-watching excursion. The hotel is very nice, with green grounds, a unique atmosphere, and a beach. The rooms are minimalist but clean, and the water pressure is good. If we had time, we would have stayed at the hotel for a couple more days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte."

"The staff is incredibly kind and professional and helpful! kudos to being so smiley. The hotel is very modern and sitting right on the water. The restaurant is literally overlooking the ocean and really very nice. It’s a beautiful venue. The rooms are rather small but functional. Aircon worked and the room was clean. Not the best mattress but it was alright for one night. Only downside is the smell of humidity and drainage but this seems common in this part of the world as well experiences that almost everywhere we went. Overall a good experience and very convenient to sleep at before doing the whale sharks and also near the ferry terminal to go to Panglao. Just a tip, if you’re a person with mobility issues please ask them to give you the ground floor room as there is no elevator access to get upstairs."

"Run away! I was completely fooled by the photos, just keep walking. The rooms are like aquariums, directly facing the sun, with a noisy and, of course, insufficient low-end air conditioning unit. On top of that, we received a terrible welcome, which is very rare in the Philippines. Then there was no water in the room, and when it did come, the pressure was extremely low. The mattress was worn out, there was dust and cobwebs on the door, and cigarette butts and a decomposing cotton swab on the terrace. The pool had green water that was being treated, which was supposed to take a day but was still ongoing when we left. The hotel is located right next to a very busy road, so you feel like you're sleeping on the side of the street. We were able to get a non-aquarium room without hot water, but at least the AC was more effective there. No fridge, no kettle, and they charge you 10 pesos for a glass of hot water. No soap and no shampoo, and I didn't even bother asking for the price of soap."

"Beautiful hotel. There's a sea, but you can only look at it; swimming isn't an option. Soundproofing is abysmal. Breakfast is kind of there, but then again, it's not there. 🫣 The staff is super kind and helpful. They'll help you with any questions! Great job! For the price, it's a great option."
