"We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. Best regards for all team. You do great work!! Thank you very much! "

"Because it was located off the center of the city, there were few people and I felt lonely. The building was well maintained for the old one and I didn't feel any inconvenience. There were few guests and breakfast was plain. ４ Is it inappropriate for stars!"

Of course the price is not exactly the same, but if you are traveling with someone else or in a group, booking Sting is a no brainer!! (i stayed alone) I loved my stay!!!!!!! "Niestety, w tym miesiącu, biorąc pod uwagę wiele wydarzeń, wszystkie były pełne różnych hoteli w tym regionie, moja firma znalazła jedyną alternatywę, ponieważ byliśmy również sześcioma ludźmi. Pokoje nie były czyste i dezodorantowane (użyj dezodorantów, aby pokryć inne zapachy nawet nie). Na łóżku nie mają pokrywy materace, ale dwa łóżka łączone jeden na drugi, bez spojrzenia. Trampka, która miała nieczyste ozdoby, spałam w długiej piżamie z oknami zawsze otwartymi i odkrytymi, a to również dotyczy pokoi moich kolegów. 1 tydzień kiedykolwiek zmienił torebkę, którego stał na ziemi, podciągnął i powiesił, kiedykolwiek zmienił, łóżko nie mówi o tym. Śniadanie boczne, pokój tylny, ręczniki, gdzie rzeczy były oparte, miała kij miesiące lub lata, bardzo brudne, a za co śniadanie oferuje prawie nic, nie maksimum, potem między meczetami i innymi rzeczami. Może kilka lat temu nie było to, bardzo zignorowane, OK jeśli idziesz na jedną noc, ale nie więcej. Co jest piękne i czyste jest łazienka, nowe, bardzo przestronne. Dla wielu prac i hoteli i ja nie tylko obróciłem tak wiele, może kilka lat temu, na pewno nie, ale w latach, kiedy to jest 3 gwiazdki, minimalne ulepszenie, więcej niż cokolwiek czyści sen lub pranie, Jeśli nie lubisz śniadania, W Ostrawie są inne pokoje, nawet jeśli mają coś więcej. Lokalizacja dla pracownika jest dobra, a jeśli pójdziesz do centrum, będziesz tam 5 minut. Jeśli poprawiły czyszczenie łóżek i kilka dodatkowych ręczniki, zważywszy na miejsce, byłoby dobrze."

"The decor in the reception area with the many extinguished animals is a little threatening. The terrace is not a terrace but the backyard to the adjacent parking. The staff was friendly. The rooms were large, but very, very renewable. The beds were not as described double beds, but two single beds. The bathroom, however, seemed to be re-rehabilitated. Overall, however, very nice. The hotel's outskirts are not for families, there is a need for strong nerves. Breakfast was very good, strange that we were the only guests in the huge breakfast room. The way to breakfast is through the hotel bar, the so-called “Military Bar”. And there is one of the appetites: a hotel bar decorated with rocket models, weapons, torpedos, tarnets and shot traps... there is one of the stomachs turning around, just before breakfast. Otherwise everything was tippitop."
