"The hotel is very close to the airport, but because of the one-way system, you have to drive quite a bit out of the way to get there from the airport. Parking at the hotel is excellent, with a dedicated entrance and exit for guests. All the staff, from check-in to the dining service, were incredibly warm and polite, especially the breakfast staff who were outstanding. The room was small but comfortable."

"Even though the bed sheets smelled clean there was hair remaining from previous guests on the pillow and mattress. The central heating was on and too warm and it was not possible to lower the temperature so I had to sleep with opened windows - it’s January. The staff member doesn’t speak English but also showed zero effort trying to communicate."
