"This was such a wonderful stay that we just had to write a review. First of all, the hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It is conveniently located right off the highway, but we heard no traffic noise. Lots of restaurants and stores close-by and not far from Channel Islands Harbor and downtown Ventura which were our destinations. Lighting in the room was great which was an added bonus. What made the experience so great was the hotel staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly especially CJ and Ashley. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return to enjoy the rooftop cantina which wasn't quite finished yet. Just a fabulous hotel."
