"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had booked a room three months in advance and even received a confirmation the day before my arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told that there was a problem and that my room was not available. Without any proper explanation, the hotel simply transferred me to another hotel located 2 km away, in a lower category, and situated in an industrial area near a factory – far from the location and comfort I had initially chosen. This shows that there is absolutely no guarantee at all that your reservation will be honored, even when confirmed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel."

"What can i say what a beautiful property Great property staff where very accommodating..and helpful..room was very large...beds comfortable..this property has thought of everything even floor heating...lovely sitting in the lounge area with the fire and wine...a lovely romantic hideaway "

"Clean hotel but basic. The man running the bar was very nice but it was very noisy having hard floors and a lot of glass. Breakfast wasn’t good and it was laid out on a plate at ur table.The croissant was hard and the ham was ultra processed and unappealing. Coffee unpalatable. I had a chipped glass. The lady serving was pleasant but being the only one to ere she wouldnt have coped with more than a few tables"
