"We arrived slightly after 10:00 after flying into the Bari airport. We were given digital “access” to enter the courtyard and our room and were given a phone number to call if the access failed. We tried the digital access repeatedly to no avail and then tried the phone number 3TIMES and it immediately went to music which told us the phone had been silenced or turned off. After ringing a buzzer a woman who had the keys and may or may not have been associated with the b&b let us in. This took us 15-20 minutes to gain access. She called one of the owners/manager(?) who said he would be “Right over”. Back to this in a minute,but fast forward to the negatives with this b&b. First, there was supposed to be parking. The only parking was ON THE STREET. Secondly, the room was large but cheaply furnished and in sore need of a coat of paint. Third, NO WIFI!!! Finally, there was no “B” in the B&B , I.e, no breakfast. A brochure that that was left in the room said “sweets” could be found in the fridge. The only thing in the fridge was a corkscrew! Anyway, back to the horrendous customer service…the owner finally knocked at our door 15 or 20 minutes after we gained access. He wanted to know what the issues were. We were in no mood to talk at that point, but horrible customer service was #1."

"In one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean, In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses . I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us. I want my money back"

"Jedna z najlepszych decyzji, jakie podjęliśmy! Lądowanie zaplanowano na 23:30, a wypożyczenie samochodu było nieopłacalne z powodu dopłaty w wysokości prawie 100 euro za późny odbiór. Rozwiązanie: Hotel Vittoria Park, który oferuje BEZPŁATNY transfer z i na lotnisko, w towarzystwie Maurizio, któremu jestem wdzięczny za radę. Pokój był najwyższej klasy. Prawdopodobnie otrzymaliśmy bardzo docenioną zmianę na lepszy standard. Międzynarodowe śniadanie z szerokim wyborem dań słodkich i wytrawnych, w asyście profesjonalnego i pomocnego Emanuele. Doświadczenie, które powtórzę i zdecydowanie polecam."

"The hotel is very clean and very clean with a charming garden and very good welcome with many boss advice. You can have a balcony with sea view (but mostly the roofs of the houses in front of us). The room is very badly soundproofed and the decor is obsolete. The hotel is not easy to access. No signals, you can reach the address indicated in front of a portal without mentioning the hotel. Fortunately there was a guard because the hotel is in a completely closed residence. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the station (Bari Palese) and the full of battery to his phone to get us to the destination. The hotel is located in the centre of the residential area and is located 10 minutes by car from the airport."
