"The room was fairly clean, but it had a very strong musty smell! People with sensitive noses couldn't stand it! The photos shown didn't match the actual location. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Following the navigation was correct; this isn't a hotel, but the same as the Airbnb listings, but much more expensive! Absolutely no value for money. It felt like a terrible experience. The musty smell was very strong, probably from the mattress, and it was pungent all night. However, the overall cleanliness was quite good. But for the same price, you could get a much better environment. This place is basically just a room with no amenities, and the mattress was very old. It's on the second floor, and there's no elevator; you need to carry your luggage up."

"The owners were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. They even helped us arrange water activities. The room itself was a bit old-fashioned but tidy and clean. It's a shame that due to a road closure, reaching popular areas required a long detour to the north. The roads were narrow and winding, making for a very unsafe drive. The location is a bit far from the bustling areas, making it perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet. Aside from being close to a famous restaurant and a hornbill feeding spot, there isn't much in terms of evening entertainment. However, purely based on their excellent service, I would still recommend this place to travelers who enjoy a tranquil environment."

"The place is quite run-down and definitely not like what was shown on the website. Upon entering, the room had a strong humid smell. I would advise future guests to check the room condition thoroughly before moving your belongings in. Several issues in my room, which are the air conditioner was not cold, Water pressure was very low, Toilet door couldn’t be locked, Mattress cover was yellowish – I recommend bringing your own disposable mattress cover for hygiene. While the surrounding area is relatively clean, there are monkeys around – be careful if you have food as they can be aggressive. The only major plus is the location – it's directly opposite Teluk Nipah beach, which is great for a peaceful morning or evening walk."

"We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1."
