The waiter said that they will send a notice to the guest before check-in to tell the guest the room password (check in with the password, 5 key codes, each with two digits, very unique and rare); but I did not receive it, so we asked. West, I wasted time and can only treat it as a one-time experience! Special note, there is no signal throughout the entire Yellowstone Park. If you are coming from Huangshi to check in, you should pay attention to this detail."

"There is basically never a staff at the desk. They advertise a pool, but it was unusable and filthy. The housekeeping staff was amazing, and the hotel manager was standoffish and appeared annoyed to have to work. There was a man living on the property that roamed around and appeared to be an owner, but dressed in sweatpants. It was a very, very strange and uncomfortable atmosphere, overall."

"The hotel service is almost zero. The fat girl at the front desk has a bad attitude. She deducted $75 from us when we checked out and asked why because we messed up the room. ? ? ? We didn't damage anything in the room when we checked out, but there were 3 pizza boxes in there, nothing else was out of place, and we checked the hotel policy and there was nothing that said not to leave trash in the room. Besides, the service fee paid to the hotel is for the cleaning service. We tried to communicate with the hotel many times, but the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and she hung up on us every time before we finished speaking."

"Staying at Yellowstone Tipis was a fun family experience. The tipis are spacious; the beds are comfortable and warm. The lodge has a large dining area with a TV and game room. Nice outdoor fire pit area with nightly live music. Located minutes from the entrance of Yellowstone. There are lots of nearby dining and shopping options. Also nearby horseback riding and white water rafting on the Yellowstone River. Clear nights provide the viewing of endless stars. Very unique experience."

"No service. After three days, the room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed, and towels had to be changed at the front desk. The trash had to be bagged and taken to the trash station.
