„The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. We booked two rooms, but they weren't connected. After discussing it, we upgraded them to a hot spring room for free. However, I didn't use the hot springs, mainly because I wanted to have the two rooms together. We also added breakfast, and they gave us a discount! The service was good, the cleanliness was good, and I especially liked the oversized washbasin and mirror.”

„這次一共住了4天三晚定了4間房，本來是原計劃住一晚的，確實被酒店人性化的服務所打動。首先要特別表揚大年初四20號下午2點多入住時前台的兩個小姐姐，態度一直都非常好，也非常站在客人角度去解決問題。當時入住時遇到一點小問題兩位小姐姐甚至是比前台經理還站在客人角度去思考問題，並積極做決定去和管理層溝通解決，確實很值得點贊。特別是前台戴黑框眼鏡的圓臉小姐姐，入住期間衹要遇到問題碰見她都能積極主動的去協調解決，可以説是有求必應，而且服務態度各方面都完勝其他前台人員，正因為如此很少寫評論的我願意主動點評為其點贊，希望管理層看到能實名錶揚這樣的員工，確實很為酒店加分。其次要為管理層點贊，酒店老總親力親為，親自接待客人，在酒店經常能遇見他在酒店各處巡查，遇見時也會熱情打招呼，有需求都能夠及時有效快速的完美解決，這一點確實很不容易。還有一個應該是女性管理層，每次見到都會熱情的打招呼，很親切。最後還要感謝打掃衞生的客房服務人員，還有三十晚上前台的一個小哥，電話諮詢酒店相關的設施也非常耐心地回答。但是初七退房當天發生了一個小插曲，大早讓前台給幾個房間送下礦泉水，工作人員送時差了兩瓶，和其説不夠她手裡提着多餘的水卻一直強調酒店水不夠就這些然後直接走了，整個態度確實讓人無語，後面在房間陽台恰巧又碰見她，不是很情願給了兩瓶卻還和客人理論一番，和這幾天遇到的其他工作人員相比確實服務態度有差別。總體來説，酒店瑕不掩瑜，正是因為大多數工作人員熱情的服務，加上酒店優美舒適的環境，才讓我們一行人願意續住了兩天，等酒店所有設施完善有時間還會願意再去度假，在此也向熱情服務我們的所有管理層及工作人員表達感謝！”

„房間的條件不要有過高期待，但是有電熱毯，山上真的冷，這個是救命的，熱水很充足！有浴霸，這個也是救命的！提醒一下，一樓的房間沒有馬桶！另外，山上沒別的地方吃飯，這個也不要有太高要求，早餐一碗粉一個煮雞蛋，國慶期間20元一位，正餐也可以炒很多個菜，但是粉蒸肉不推薦，小牛肉很棒，小河魚太鹹，但是炸的很酥。山腳下，坐纜車，下了纜車坐觀光車，下了觀光車，要麼爬很陡的台階到酒店，要麼換一邊爬台階更多但是相對平緩的台階，沒有人接你，提醒了少拿行李！我們路上堵車，酒店協調了纜車，等我們半小時。説實在的，住到山上，沒有實際意義，除非你要去看日出，酒店出門右轉1.4公里有一個觀日出的亭子，看運氣。羊獅慕景區還是很不錯的，就是上下台階太多了，纜車站、棧道都需要爬，年輕人一點沒問題！年紀大一點，就有點困難，如果有自動扶梯就好了！景色真是不錯”
