„作為四星級酒店，一看上去感覺還可以。但有一點，確實是不是這種酒店應該有的現象，在免費瓶裝水旁邊放了一堆飲料，沒有任何標明説是收費項目。如果沒有這種經驗的人一看，還以為是免費的，拿着就喝了，如果帶小孩的就更不用説了。這種推銷的把戲，在一些特別差的酒店會出現，但遇到的也不多。還有在洗漱台上也加雜進去收費的東西，也沒有很清楚的標識，説是收費項目。打電話去問前台，前台説是收費的，並當時就告訴這種做法確實不合適。看到這些東西才知道為啥前台要入住前收200塊錢按金，並且也跟他們説了，我這種攜程級別的會員，是無按金免查房的，但也不行。 對於環境來説，酒店是江景酒店，別説江景了，一抬頭看着對面兒的窗户，連窗簾都不敢拉開。”

„這次一共住了4天三晚定了4間房，本來是原計劃住一晚的，確實被酒店人性化的服務所打動。首先要特別表揚大年初四20號下午2點多入住時前台的兩個小姐姐，態度一直都非常好，也非常站在客人角度去解決問題。當時入住時遇到一點小問題兩位小姐姐甚至是比前台經理還站在客人角度去思考問題，並積極做決定去和管理層溝通解決，確實很值得點贊。特別是前台戴黑框眼鏡的圓臉小姐姐，入住期間衹要遇到問題碰見她都能積極主動的去協調解決，可以説是有求必應，而且服務態度各方面都完勝其他前台人員，正因為如此很少寫評論的我願意主動點評為其點贊，希望管理層看到能實名錶揚這樣的員工，確實很為酒店加分。其次要為管理層點贊，酒店老總親力親為，親自接待客人，在酒店經常能遇見他在酒店各處巡查，遇見時也會熱情打招呼，有需求都能夠及時有效快速的完美解決，這一點確實很不容易。還有一個應該是女性管理層，每次見到都會熱情的打招呼，很親切。最後還要感謝打掃衞生的客房服務人員，還有三十晚上前台的一個小哥，電話諮詢酒店相關的設施也非常耐心地回答。但是初七退房當天發生了一個小插曲，大早讓前台給幾個房間送下礦泉水，工作人員送時差了兩瓶，和其説不夠她手裡提着多餘的水卻一直強調酒店水不夠就這些然後直接走了，整個態度確實讓人無語，後面在房間陽台恰巧又碰見她，不是很情願給了兩瓶卻還和客人理論一番，和這幾天遇到的其他工作人員相比確實服務態度有差別。總體來説，酒店瑕不掩瑜，正是因為大多數工作人員熱情的服務，加上酒店優美舒適的環境，才讓我們一行人願意續住了兩天，等酒店所有設施完善有時間還會願意再去度假，在此也向熱情服務我們的所有管理層及工作人員表達感謝！”

„The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. We booked two rooms, but they weren't connected. After discussing it, we upgraded them to a hot spring room for free. However, I didn't use the hot springs, mainly because I wanted to have the two rooms together. We also added breakfast, and they gave us a discount! The service was good, the cleanliness was good, and I especially liked the oversized washbasin and mirror.”

„入住時酒店維修，給升級到上面的康年酒店2號樓。這個房間非常寬敞，還帶着一個陽台可看後面山景，陽台上還有晾衣桿。配套設施很齊備，樓下有洗衣機烘乾機，還提供洗衣凝珠，非常適合我們這種出來幾天自駕遊的人，很人性化的。衣服洗後沒有及時拿出來，門口的服務員還幫我放在烘乾機裏烘了一下。酒店的衞生搞得也很好，空調也維護好，房間温度適怡。整個酒店的院子裏綠化搞的很漂亮的，停車場很大很方便。晚上在酒店餐廳吃的，就餐環境，服務，味道都不錯。酒店的後面是温泉度假區，以後來渡假也不錯”

„It's not in the main building, you have to climb a few stairs and walk through a garden... The small building next to it smells like renovations, and it's in the bathroom. I seriously suspect that the owner offended the air conditioner installer?! The air conditioner blows directly at the head of the bed, and the foot of the bed can't escape it. The other air conditioner is actually installed above the shower door, which makes you feel cold when you get out of the shower. I've been to so many cities, and this is the first time I've encountered this way of installing air conditioners. No wonder Qunar only has a 3.3 rating. The family members directly gave me a bad review. The air volume is too high and cannot be adjusted. The breakfast is improved compared to what others have commented on. They kept replenishing milk. At least they are trying to run the hotel well. But I lost a thermos cup and facial cleanser in the hotel and can't find them. The hot spring that I paid for is also good, with many ancient camphor trees.”

„以2023年開業的酒店來説，維護得不是很好！ 早餐是真的普通到普普通通。就是基本款的饅頭，花捲，米粉，麪條，玉米，地瓜…早餐飲品衹看到豆漿和牛奶。用大家的話説，能吃飽就是。以上這些都不是重點，重點就是： 水質真的太差了，這是我住過最怕再用到的水。 雖説酒店不是很大，在武功山來説也是前幾大了，水質處理一下真的那麼困難嗎？ 幾乎所有的評論都是説水不好，真的有想要改善應該早就不是現在這樣了！ 還有一點，五一的旅遊旺季，無邊泳池説不開，就不開。我想可能也是因為這個水顏色會嚇到遊客吧。”
