The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

來之前看幾家了黑水縣的多家民宿~最後選擇了這家~無論是環境還是服務都不錯的!離景區很近，老闆找人接送，我們房間風格好喜歡寬敞明亮舒服乾淨空調可調製熱出暖氣晚上睡覺不會怕冷!敲暖和的!是一整棟自家民宿還自帶庭院，老闆態度很熱情~還會幫我們搬行李!敲貼心的 !有機會下次再來會再訂這家民宿~ 扎西德勒!!!

Staying at Yunhu Boutique Guesthouse was an unforgettable experience. The property combines modern comfort with the tranquility of the mountains, giving us the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was beautifully designed—clean, warm, and cozy—with large windows that opened to stunning views of the valley and cloud-covered peaks. Waking up to that scenery was absolutely magical. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped with everything from local travel tips to meal arrangements, and their hospitality made us feel truly at home. The location is ideal for anyone planning to visit Heishui or explore the surrounding nature. Quiet, peaceful, and far from the crowds—just the way a mountain getaway should be. Highly recommended. The staffs do not speak English. The sign of hotel name is only in Chinese. Understanding some Chinese language is a must. There is no lift in hotel but the staffs will help you to carry luggages. Hotel is situated separately from other business and need to drive if you forget slomething and want to go convenient store. The breakfast is no selection and very local.

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. The panoramic elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. It's conveniently located near Dagu Glacier and the most beautiful ******* villages. The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. It was a great stay overall.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
