„This was one of my favourite stays. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the park entrance, which makes early starts really easy.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was great. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere straight away. They were always attentive and happy to help, and the translator device made communication very easy.
The room was modern and comfortable, with a very good bed. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee, snack box, face masks, and plenty of bottled water. I also had a balcony with a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more special. Felt like a European hotel in the mountains.
The undercover spa was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. There’s also easy access to the nearby village for an evening walk.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and very well-run stay that I’d happily recommend.

„location - great location , near the bus drop off and pick up point.
room - clean and spacious, absolutely love the room and it is one of our best stay among the entire trip.
service - 前台小姐姐很温柔很照顾，询问直通车都会耐心解答，前台小哥哥也帅气会帮忙打电话给巴士师傅.
Food/Convenience store - there is lots of convenience store and restaurant nearby, it is a good choice to stay as you would have plenty of option, there is also one pharmacy nearby in case you need to get medicines.
others - hotel provide free pick up and drop off to Jiuzhaigou attraction and i personally find this service to be one of the best service ever. nobody wants to walk back to hotel (regardless of distance) after a long day of walking in the scenic area, hence the pick up and drop off service is a life saver :D
would choose this hotel again if we return!!!”

„Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent.
Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers.
The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady.
Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!”

„Wonderful hotel with clean & spacious room, located nearby restaurants and convenient stalls within walking distance. Basically there is a convenient shop just located in the hotel. Super helpful hotel staff who always serve with a smile. This hotel is located approx 2 km from Jiuzhaigou park and it is easy to go there by hotel arranged car with a small fee of RMB4/pax.
The hotel also offers a sumptuous spread of buffet breakfast both hot & cold, mainly Chinese and bread and pastries.
Things to improve:
1) the toilet seat is freezing cold, best if it can be fitted with an automated heated seat cover.
2) limited seats for breakfast before 8am. The hotel needs to address this problem no matter how.
Conclusion: this is still a wonderful hotel to stay in if you are going to Jiuzhaigou despite the above 2 minor issues.”

In front of the hotel, there are sightseeing walking paths and cycling paths along the river, which are convenient for walking or cycling to view the scenery.The hotel has reasonable design, novel decoration, well-equipped facilities, 24-hour hot water, wireless WiFi, central air-conditioning, high-quality bedding, and a small parking lot in the hotel.

„My trip to Jiuzhaigou this time was made even better by staying at Atour S, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly easy to get into the park early the next morning. If you're driving, parking is a breeze with plenty of spaces right outside.
The room felt incredibly fresh and clean from the moment I walked in. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and after a full day of hiking the boardwalks, lying down in bed quickly melted away my fatigue. The heating was excellent; with the significant temperature fluctuations in the mountains between day and night, I slept very warmly. The soundproofing was also good; I barely heard any noise from the hallway, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and hot water came out quickly with stable pressure.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs. They even proactively offered tips for entering the scenic area. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit – a warm meal in the morning was perfect before heading into the mountains. The lobby was quiet and had a reading area, a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was a huge plus for long-term travelers.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab dinner or buy essentials in the evening. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or solo, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.”

„Highly recommend this place. It has a nice lobby, the rooms are clean, and hotel provides breakfast options. Laundry facilities are available too. It’s also within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou National Park. I found it very helpful to stay near the park, as getting a Didi at closing time can be quite challenging due to surge in bookings and longer wait times.
The hotel is located on a street with food and gift shops, which is great for dinner and evening strolls. It is also close to Starbucks, as well as other local coffee and bubble tea shops like Chagee, Luckin Coffee, Mixue & Auntea Jenny.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park.
Tips: Get train tickets to Huanglong and book a shuttle bus to the scenic area via Trip.com (there may be about a 15 minutes walk to the hotel, or you can take a Didi if you have a lot to carry). Alternatively, if you can’t get train tickets, you can book a direct shuttle from Chengdu, which takes about 6–7 hours and drops you near the hotel. Bookings can be made on trip.com as well.”

„Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal.
Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help.
Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe.
Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice.
Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly.”

JJune CaoAs a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers.
1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property
There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window.
As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas
Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience.
3. Room Cleanliness Concerns
Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room.

因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。
2. 公共区域允许吸烟
酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。
3. 客房清洁细节有待加强
相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

GGośćWe were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

TTheresa JYWe stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team.
A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing.
Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club.
Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

GGośćI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency.
🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness
From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.
💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.
🍳 Delightful Dining Experience
The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.
In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

Po zameldowaniu dowiedzieliśmy się, że nie ma siłowni, co nas rozczarowało, ponieważ zarezerwowaliśmy hotel ze względu na zdjęcia siłowni reklamowane w internecie. Kiedy wieczorem poszliśmy do gorących źródeł, nagle przypomniano nam, że z powodu wcześniejszej awarii prądu dzisiaj nie ma wystarczająco dużo prądu, aby ogrzać gorące źródła, więc nie otworzą. Byliśmy naprawdę wściekli, ponieważ oba udogodnienia reklamowane w internecie były dla nas niedostępne, więc nie było powodu, aby ustalać taką cenę, ponieważ hotel nie znajduje się nawet blisko centrum, gdzie znajdują się restauracje i wejście do parku. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
