„This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.”

„The people at this place was what made it special. Being a homestay, the staff had a really personal touch to serving its guests. The owner of the place even drove us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou national park himself. Another bonus were the cats and dogs! The owner has several pets like a golden retriever, corgi, and 2-3 cats that are all extremely cute and well-behaved. Almost every guest that came here would stay at the main hall to pet them and have some fun.
The only downsides are that this is not a 5/10 minute walk from the entrance of the park, so you would need to drive/cab (about 6km) to the famed Jiuzhaigou park. Also, it is quite obscure, being hidden away behind a row of shops and up a pretty steep slope.
But nonetheless it was a great stay and would definitely come back!”

„Overall, the room experience was great. The soft furnishings like the bed, toilet, and electric curtains were all very comfortable. It also came with a new washer and dryer, which was super practical (clothes dried overnight, making them easy to pack the next day). The staff were enthusiastic and responsive. The best part was that they arranged a car to take us directly to the scenic spot entrance, and there's also a direct bus stop to the scenic area nearby, making it very convenient to get to the high-speed rail station.
The main downsides were in the bathroom: toiletries were placed on the vanity instead of in the shower area; the bath and face towels weren't in the bathroom, making them inconvenient to grab, and there was no place to hang towels in the shower. The bathroom drainage was poor, and there were no non-slip mats or floor mats, so water would pool during showers, which was not a great experience. I hope they improve this.”

The hotel is located a little bit far from center and Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic (around 20km) but no worries about this because the hotel have a free shuttle bus to drop & pick up (at 8:10 and pick up at 17:00)
The hotel rooms are very big, fully equipped with all the amenities you need and especially the rooms are very clean.
It’s far from center so it’s lack of activities at night but i’m fine with this. ^^”

„Stayed here because we got a special deal. It was a treat because normally we pick cheaper accomdation. We were given a courtesy room upgrade. The room was fantastic, huge bed, nice and warm and awesome shower. The room is decorated tastefully and to a high standard. We really enjoyed the hot spring. We were the only ones there at the time but we're not rushed. The breakfast is mega, so much good food! The receptionist was super helpful and went out of her way to look after us. Thank you, a highlight on our travels thus far.”

BBeauboI had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—just a 5‑10 minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which made exploring the park very convenient. It’s also close to the meeting point for the bus back to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, only about a 400‑meter walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

GGośćWe stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is a bit isolated from shops or restaurants. However the in house restaurant food is quite delicious, we had our dinner there. The hotel is old but clean, customer services is very helpful. Give 5 star rating for the receptionist 小秦 and 小徐 from the restaurant who gave extra miles to made our trip smoothly all the way.

GGośćGreat stay, big and spacious room with good views. Being on top of the mountain was amazing as you would wake up and open the curtains to find yourself fully in cloud (autumn season).
Staff were nice and friendly. Only downside is the location is slightly further away from the attraction (45-1hr) but still nothing to really complain about considering the views and all.
Would definitely recommend.

The centralize aircon only have warmer set at 24 celcius. We were so hot and unable to sleep well. Only can ventilate by opening the window.

EErnest.HoBreakfast is local chinese set which is the same everyday. We booked 4 nights with breakfast but reception gaves breakfast coupon for 3 days. Spoke to receptionist but the reply is their system indicated only breakfast for 3 days. Contacted Trip helpdesk but issue could not be resolved. Trip helpdesk suggested we pay for 1 day breakfast (RMB39) and get the receipt and upload the claim thru Trip.com. We decided to eat a day breakfast at nearby restaurant with Luckin Coffee for a change. There are hotel nearer to entrance but was fully booked 9 month in advance. This room is in the main building with lift. Even room window is facing away from main road, still can hear vehicle honking from the main road. Not suitable for light sleepers.

GGośćGreated with a warm welcome. No lift incase u have big luggage, bed condition was loop sided. I could sleep and slept on the floor during winter. Next day uncharged help me replace bed. We always shower late, we wasn't informed that hot water will cut off after 10pm. Both of us have to shower cold water in winter. Bad start for us. Upon check in we were shock to see 100 percent transparent glass door for toilet and shower. We get them to help us with trash bag pasting on the glass. The only good thing about this hotel is friendly and helpful. However I still hope they can improve by taking initiative to get things done up to foreigner basic standard were be a plus

I chose this one because it's only about a 15-minute walk from the scenic area, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for dinner at night. This should be considered a decent hotel within the scenic area itself; obviously, you can't compare hotels in scenic areas to those in the city. I booked two nights for my trip to Jiuzhaigou, and overall, it was pretty good. The only issue was that the room door sometimes malfunctioned and wouldn't open, so I frequently had to ask the cleaning staff to help me get in, which was a bit of a hassle. I also often saw towels and linens piled up in the hallway. 😓
