選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。
後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。
位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！”

The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch!
I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery.
What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers.

„One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in.
Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic.

„Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. „This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect.
The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help.
The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room.
The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service.
All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.”

„這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌
從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！
酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍
去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯
房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍
當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了，

GGość環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

GGośćThis is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely.
The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn !
Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean.
Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off.
A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.

GGośćI have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in.
They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

GGość第一次發自內心的想寫評價，本次旅行是帶長者和孩子，從到酒店的那一刻起就感受到了拉薩的熱情❤️我們入住的房型非常棒美中不足是沒有電梯，要辛苦保安小哥哥幫忙送大箱子上去，由於剛剛進藏大家都有些高反我們的背包也要辛苦他們送，前台小姐姐也是超級優秀，主打一個有求必應，還有酒店的特色文化超市也很棒，小姐姐一直有耐心的陪我挑選，從早到晚衹要有需要他們隨時在！！！現在年輕人能有他們這樣的工作熱情和工作態度真的很值得誇讚，哈哈哈哈希望老闆看見評論給他們加雞腿呦🍗全能的保安小哥哥真是六邊形戰士哪哪都有他的身影！

JjshoggWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

The food is delicious, amazing breakfast buffet with very high quality items and the restaurant food was succulent.
Also. When staying at Songtsam, make sure to have a massage at their spa. The Spa lady Tenzin phuti is so knowledgeable and will give you a massage like you never had before. A must do at the hotel.
Big thank you to Sonam, English speaking lady who took good care of me and her English was brilliant.
Overall, Songtsam is an amazing hotel and you won’t regret staying there!

GGośćOsobiście 3.28 Zatrzymał się w hotelu, bardzo odwrotnie, zobaczyłem podpowiedź z tyłu Trip.com, że hotel zaczyna zaopatrzyć się w tlen o 8:00. Możesz sobie kupić kilka butelek tlenu. W łaźni pokojowej problem z łaźnikiem pokojowym. Wchodzi do pokoju kelner, nie dzwoni, bezpośrednio dodaj łaźni i idź. Nie ma żadnych kursów, nie ma egzaminów, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie dzwoniłem do recepcji, nie powiedziałem jej o 8:30, nie zadzwoniłem do niej o 8:30, nie było tlenu. GGośćThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
