這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌 從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！ 酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍 去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯 房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍 當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了， 綜上所有真實入住感受，強烈推薦大家可以選這家，我下個月來拉薩出差一定還會住這裏，衷心祝願酒店越來越好，有更多客人喜歡，生意興隆，天天滿房🎉

春節假期連住三晚，天天酒店滿房，很幸運被升級到了酒店套房。前台小姐姐安保大哥知道我高反送葯省去機器人直幫我速度送到門口👍💗 酒店有12h免費醫療供氧（彌散式加鼻吸式）房間備有加濕器 這裏很合適自駕，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出城去機場很方便，下次來拉薩 我會繼續考慮這裏。

The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!

環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

Pokój był bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. W pobliżu znajdowało się wiele restauracji, co ułatwiało jedzenie. Pałac Potala znajduje się tuż za hotelem, co czyni go dogodnym punktem zwiedzania. Śniadanie było codziennie inne i oferowało szeroki wybór dań. W szczególności recepcjoniści byli niezwykle serdeczni i uprzejmi. Kiedy zauważyli, że cierpimy na ciężką chorobę wysokościową, natychmiast podali nam glukozę, a nawet pomogli nam zanieść bagaże do pokoju. Serdecznie dziękujemy recepcjonistom!

1. 藏式風情超濃，房間乾淨舒適，24小時供氧地暖超貼心。老闆熱情周到，會給旅行建議，小院安靜愜意，曬太陽喝茶太舒服。位置便利，體驗感滿分，來西藏必住！ 2. 鬧中取靜的寶藏民宿，藏式裝修很有味道，衞生細節到位。供氧充足，高反無憂，服務温暖貼心，像回家一樣。觀景視野好，性價比高，強烈推薦！ 3. 超滿意的一次入住！民宿氛圍温馨，床品舒服睡得香。設施齊全，熱水充足，老闆友善好客，出行攻略實用。環境安靜，體驗感拉滿，下次還選這裏。

Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip.

Osobiście 3.28 Zatrzymał się w hotelu, bardzo odwrotnie, zobaczyłem podpowiedź z tyłu Trip.com, że hotel zaczyna zaopatrzyć się w tlen o 8:00. Możesz sobie kupić kilka butelek tlenu. W łaźni pokojowej problem z łaźnikiem pokojowym. Wchodzi do pokoju kelner, nie dzwoni, bezpośrednio dodaj łaźni i idź. Nie ma żadnych kursów, nie ma egzaminów, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie dzwoniłem do recepcji, nie powiedziałem jej o 8:30, nie zadzwoniłem do niej o 8:30, nie było tlenu. Powiedziała, że kierownik wyszedł, a potem zadzwonił o 8:33 i powiedział, że zaczekaj. The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
