„特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！”

„This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.”

„這次出差來拉薩，在網上對比選了很多家酒店，看了是新開業的酒店，網友評價還不錯，最終訂這家入住幾晚，體驗感超出預期的好👌 從在酒店門口下車，就有禮賓幫忙拿行李到前台，辦理入住很順暢，還給我們每人獻上哈達，送上熱熱的甜茶，引導我們找到房間，管家介紹了樓層設施，洗衣房和健身房，每間房單獨有微信管家服務羣，真的太太太貼心！ 酒店還提供了藏式下午茶，有特色體驗活動（非遺藏香體驗製作，非遺唐卡體驗製作，冥想頌缽音療）體驗感拉滿，很贊👍 去二樓餐廳點菜用餐，菜品豐富，口味不錯，我們 6 人一致好評，連續在酒店吃了三天，早餐和正餐都很不錯 房間內設施細節，想要誇幾個細節，礦泉水和冰箱小零食可以無限續，每間房都配送了兩頂藏式特色帽子，配備了棉柔便服套裝，甚至洗臉枱配送了一盒洗臉巾，這個真的很細節，其他酒店不常見。每天不是給我們配送水果盤就是保温壺裝綠豆甜湯，好幸福！服務生還會貼心幫忙開夜床，放好拖鞋，調整燈光，入住感受真的像被家人在照顧，路過任何角落遇見客人，都會跟客人親切打招呼問好，由此可見，酒店管理有秩序，有温度，有用心👍 當然，也有個人覺得需要改進的地方，需要提個小建議給酒店，可以綜合考慮是否採納，浴室沒有配拖鞋或者地墊，剛進浴室站在冷冷的地磚上會覺得很涼，希望下次回來入住會驚喜發現有不一樣了， 綜上所有真實入住感受，強烈推薦大家可以選這家，我下個月來拉薩出差一定還會住這裏，衷心祝願酒店越來越好，有更多客人喜歡，生意興隆，天天滿房🎉”

„A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.** -”

„One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!”

„This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely. The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn ! Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean. Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off. A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.”

„I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels.”

„The hotel is very clean, very comfortable, very close to the Potala Palace, and convenient to buy things around. There are also dining on the fourth floor. If you don’t want to go out, you can eat on the fourth floor. The observation deck on the fifth floor can see the side of the Potala Palace. There are also many Tibetan clothes. The accessories are also very classic. You can continue to try. The photo effect is very good. And it is more grounded than the Tibetan clothes in the photo gallery. The Tibetan brother and sister at the front desk are very attentive and can give a lot of travel advice.”

„When we travel, some places feel like just lodging, and some instantly feel like home. Let’s get the obvious out of the way first — waking up to a direct view of the Potala Palace from your bed, soaking in a full-sized bathtub, and relaxing on the viewing deck. That’s probably why you clicked into this property anyway. But what truly makes this homestay special is the people. This is a place where no one feels like a stranger. We hung out with the staff and other guests at the front desk, learned to make handicrafts, shared drinks, and chatted until late into the night. A special shoutout to the boss, Mr. Zhou, for creating such a welcoming and unique place. We came as tourists, and we left as friends.”

„春節假期連住三晚，天天酒店滿房，很幸運被升級到了酒店套房。前台小姐姐安保大哥知道我高反送葯省去機器人直幫我速度送到門口👍💗 酒店有12h免費醫療供氧（彌散式加鼻吸式）房間備有加濕器 這裏很合適自駕，旁邊就是萬達廣場，出城去機場很方便，下次來拉薩 我會繼續考慮這裏。”
