"This hotel is really great! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The front desk service was also very good; every time I passed by, they would greet me. Every staff member welcomed me with a smile and enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, fresh and delicious, and they even had local specialties like ******* noodles, which really satisfied my taste buds. The location is also extremely convenient; it's a short 5-10 minute walk to both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. All in all, my stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – I'm sure you'll love every detail of this hotel as much as I did!"

The dormitory/room is soundproofed, the rest is not noisy at night, the price is affordable, for the girl who travels alone, it is full of security, recommended to friends who come to Lhasa to travel!"

"Extremely poor experience. The front desk gave me cold water when I asked for warm water, and my altitude sickness was severe. The hotel promised oxygen would be available at 8 PM, but by 8:30 PM there was still no oxygen. The oxygen machine wasn't working and they didn't come to adjust it for ages. The late-night porridge was also nowhere to be seen. I've stayed at several Atour hotels, but the one in Lhasa was truly disappointing!"

"The room was great; housekeeping cleaned it daily during my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with several good restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the Princess Wencheng Grand Theater. The lobby has a dedicated tea bar offering hot water and tea, and they also sell local specialties at very reasonable prices. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lhasa."

"Bringing family to Lhasa, our biggest concerns were altitude sickness and transportation inconvenience, and this guesthouse took good care of both. There was a free nasal oxygen concentrator in the lobby, and some rooms even had individual oxygen machines, which was reassuring for first-time visitors to high altitudes. The receptionist and owner were very attentive, reminding us not to rush, to drink plenty of water, and to rest as much as possible upon arrival. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. The rooms provided disposable towels, bath towels, and toilet seat covers, making us feel clean and at ease with family. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently chatting with my parents and even offering suggestions for our next day's activities. Our stay felt very personal and welcoming, not just a cold, impersonal accommodation."
