Personel hotelu odpowiedział tylko, że popołudniowa herbata została odwołana od grudnia 2025 roku i nie zapewniła niczego więcej. Dodatkowo pralnia pozwala na pranie tylko 5 sztuk odzieży dziennie i nie pierze bielizny, takiej jak skarpetki czy bielizna. Szczerze mówiąc, uważam, że w tej cenie jest o wiele więcej możliwości wyboru."

The room was equally astonishing—spotlessly clean, the floor felt completely safe even on bare feet. Cleverly, the traditional ******* style is integrated with smart home technology. A simple "lights on" command automatically opened the curtains, and voice-activated lighting and air conditioning were incredibly convenient. This fusion of tradition and modernity was truly a wonderful experience. Most reassuring was the service—they truly met our every need, responding promptly. "We stayed in guesthouses within the scenic area of Nyingchi, and finally in Lhasa we could stay in a hotel! We booked four nights, and there was a discount with Lhasa consumption vouchers when we booked. The location was very convenient; we could walk to the Potala Palace, and it was also close to the Tibet Museum, Norbulingka, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. There were also shopping streets nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel breakfast was quite plentiful (compared to the guesthouses we stayed in before). The snake tongues were relatively new. Although the alms offerings were only served at 8 pm, it doesn't get dark here until 8:30 pm, and we usually didn't get back until after 9 pm, so we were always within the alms offering hours while at the hotel. We slept very peacefully at night and experienced almost no altitude sickness. Thanks to the staff member Jiayi for her attentive service."

"This was the worst hotel experience of our entire Yunnan-Tibet trip. The room itself was decent, and you could see the Potala Palace from afar. The sofa bed was also free to use. However, upon checking in, we found bugs in the complimentary fruit platter. After contacting the front desk, we still had to go find staff to come and deal with it ourselves – a whole bunch of bugs, which was really off-putting. The diffused oxygen supply was time-limited and couldn't be turned on whenever needed, which is problematic when you encounter sudden altitude sickness during high-altitude travel. Luckily, we stayed healthy throughout our trip. The laundry and drying service was ineffective; our clothes were still damp when we got them back. On a positive note, one front desk staff member was excellent. After hearing our clothes were damp, he proactively offered to help hang them out to dry, and his attitude was very good. While the facilities were acceptable, the supporting services really fell short. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to altitude sickness."

"I stayed four nights at what's supposedly the Tibet State Guesthouse and experienced various changes in treatment, with different levels of service for different guests. It turns out service isn't standardized or consistent; it can change arbitrarily depending on the person and the situation. Facilities: At night, with the windows closed, the smell from the bathroom drains was unbearable. The diffused oxygen supply started at 8:30 PM every night, but it stopped at 2:30 AM or 7:30 AM, waking you up gasping for air with alarmingly low blood oxygen levels. Bringing your own oxygen machine is highly recommended. Cleanliness: I could see staff changing bed sheets in different rooms and washing them in the laundry room every day. Environment: I was persuaded by a saleswoman named Siuk to upgrade from a City View Suite to an Executive Garden View Suite and get a refund of 360 yuan, which initially made me happy. However, it turned out to be a downgrade. The City View Suite offered a tiny view of the Potala Palace, while the Executive Suite didn't. Perhaps my four-night booking affected someone with connections or a very important person. Service: Standards change at any time. From the front desk to the restaurant, and even the staff encountered along the way, they generally don't greet you with a smile. One day, during a large conference, I finally saw a smiling and greeting staff member at the restaurant entrance. Another day, when there were no groups at breakfast, the staff actually ate with the guests. Services for serving tea and coffee, or frying eggs and cooking noodles, were not provided when there were few guests. Suites were provided with 6 bottles of water on the first day, but only 4 bottles from the second day onwards; if you wanted more water, you needed to ask permission from the front desk. Used items in the room weren't replenished proactively each day; for example, disposable slippers had to be requested by phone. I hope the Tibet Hotel can treat every guest seriously and fairly, truly living up to its title as a state guesthouse."
