„本次出行攜2位姐姐及1位高齡爺爺出行，為姐妹三人特意提前預訂貴店稀缺的三床閨蜜房。這是我選擇這家酒店的唯一理由。我想要的是姐妹同住、晚上可以圍坐聊天、彼此陪伴的團聚感。
説白了：我是衝著你們的招牌特色菜來的，不是來吃隨處都有的家常菜。隨便哪家酒店都訂得到三間大床房，我沒有必要專程選這裏。
當天台州陰雨降温，房間有四扇窗＋1扇陽台門、臨街通風大，本身就很冷。但房間空調調到40度依舊完全不制熱；洗澡水温衹有38度，不夠暖和，浴室排風還關不掉，一直吹冷風。我在浴室凍了十幾分鍾，前後折騰了兩個多小時才處理問題，體驗很差。經理解釋，因為三床房入住率低，未做入住前設施巡檢。住宿最基本就是熱水和暖氣，兩樣都不檢查，是對客人體驗和基礎居住安全的不負責。
酒店給出解決問題的辦法：
兩間大床房：兩間大床房858元，對比原一間三床房1058元，既降價、又拆分住宿，直接破壞姐妹同住的初衷，無法接受。
三間大床房：看似補償到位，算下來少花了200多元，但我真的一點便宜都不想佔，我衹想要一份姐妹團聚、深夜聊天的氛圍，是情感專屬，一晚舒服住宿。滿心歡喜安排的一趟姐妹同行，被基礎品控失誤完全打亂、體驗感完全歸零。畢竟不論哪家酒店都可以預訂三間大床房，何必選擇這家。
與前台溝通無效後，經理過來解決，還算積極客氣，都不容易，每年入住那麼多酒店，衹給過一家酒店差評。但真實體驗擺在眼前，本次實在無法給予好評。也希望貴店重視冷門房型的日常巡檢，不要再辜負遠方專程而來的客人。”

衞生狀況也相當不錯，從踏入酒店大堂開始，就能感受到環境的整潔。房間內部更是一塵不染，床鋪平整乾淨，桌面、地面都擦拭得十分光亮，沒有絲毫灰塵或污漬，讓人住得放心又舒心。
服務方面更是值得稱讚。工作人員的態度非常熱情友好，辦理入住時還貼心地送上了伴手禮，雖然不是什麼貴重物品，但這份心意讓人心裏暖暖的。由於我到店時間比預訂的入住時間早了一些，本以為需要等待，沒想到酒店為我準備好了一個房間，方便我及時安頓下來，這種靈活周到的安排真的讓人印象深刻。”

„大年初一來臨海玩，在網上做了不少功課選擇了這家酒店，總體感覺是還不錯吧～先説位置吧酒店離台州府城牆紫陽街還是有三公里左右的距離的，去人民路海鮮街確實是步行一公里內可達；酒店是有些年頭的，但當年的豪華感尚存，大堂比較氣派，房間也挺大的，還送了歡迎水果和一包零食，很有心了～美中不足是房間內的潔具衞浴均不是知名品牌，花灑水量也很小，洗澡不太爽～房間含雙早，早餐中規中矩品種並沒有特別豐富，比較出彩的是糯米飯很有特色很好吃😋”

民宿是2025年8月新開業的，房間設計與裝修蠻花心思的，床品和衞生都不錯，還寵物友好。尤其老闆很熱情，幫我們升級了房型，介紹的當地特色也很靠譜。早餐都是現包現蒸的，好吃。
離店時，我遺忘了Ipad，店家主動聯繫我取回。
非常感謝老闆，一次美好的住宿體驗，讓我們更真切感受到臨海人民的熱情與善良。”

GGość在草宿度過了非常非常幸福的兩天，住過的最完美的民宿🥹
村子很原始、古樸，又特別美特別乾淨。草宿的建築和房間風格也完美地融合在環境裏，衞生和床品也沒得説，這兩個晚上在藍色的大床上伴着雨聲睡得安穩又舒適。
還有老闆的晚餐超級超級好吃，現在還在懷念。阿姨做的早飯也是品種豐富食材又新鮮，兩天不重樣，吃過阿姨做的麥餅就沒有在外面再點過哈哈
一定還會再回來的！

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the core area of Ziyang Street. You can drive directly to the parking lot and take the elevator to the hotel. It takes half an hour by taxi to Linhai Station, and it is a 5-minute walk to Longxing Temple and Fucheng Xingshan Gate. It is very convenient and labor-saving.
After the reservation is successful, the proprietress will contact you on WeChat to send the location and precautions, and will give practical travel suggestions throughout the stay! The B&B has a quiet environment, a tea room and a lobby bar. When you are tired, you will be given coffee, black tea and snacks when you return to the hotel. This is really considerate! The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillow is also a partitioned neck pillow. Good night sweet soup and breakfast will be communicated in advance, and the coffee of the B&B is recommended! Next time I come to Linhai, I will choose to stay in Yushanji, a home-like experience. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

AAnonimowy użytkownikThis hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable.
However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy.
The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars.
We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow.
As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here.
Overall, it was a good stay!

GGośćThis is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here.
Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!).
Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!)
I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!

GGość棲古是新開的民宿 很新 最最棒的服務就是接送站 臨海站和臨海南站都可以 安排得井井有條 尤其古城離臨海站開車要30-40分鐘 有了店家的接送 安心好多 而且接到酒店門口哦 即使是在古城小巷中～ 不得不説 酒店地理位置很好 就在府城路上 平行於紫陽街 走過去3分鐘 所以逛吃很方便～ 酒店還有入住小食 需要蚊香也很快提供～ 這次住一樓 於是臨街 不得不説石板街上來來往往的聲音很清晰 臨近房間也不太隔音 如果敏感的 可能需要注意耳塞～

The staff and management were extremely supportive, polite, and always ready to help with any request. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and relaxing.

GGośćIt's a bit of a budget hotel but offer so much more that that. The room is clean, and bed is super comfy. Toiletbowl has warm seat that is great during winter. There are toothbrush, tooth paste and comb provided. Breakfast is provided and although it is simple, they have all I need. The coffee machine is 24 hours and it's free. There is a washing machine and dryer at the lobby and it is also free to use. I must give a special mention to the staffs as they are helpful and super friendly.

MMichael ZargarovWe booked a standard twin room, but received an upgrade to a nicer room, plus free breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is good, with good quality soap and shampoo. The large-screen TV had a wide choice of movies for 15rmb. The hotel is located right beside an old gate to the old town... a short walk to the East Lake. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet changed in the two days we were there. Good both times. They Have COFFEE! JinJiang has become my go-to choice in hotels when I travel in China.
