„Service: Excellent. We drove ourselves, and the butler was waiting for us at the garage entrance in advance, proactively helping us with our luggage. They also provided parking vouchers. We could take bottled water from the front desk whenever we wanted. When it rained, the front desk also allowed us to take umbrellas freely. Plus, there's a bookstore in front of the hotel, so you can even take books back to your room to read if you find something you like. Environment: Superb. The public areas are very pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to suit different preferences. The location is also very convenient, allowing us to wander through Ziyang Old Street at our leisure. It's also very close to one of the entrances to the ancient city wall. Facilities: The speaker system is very stylish, and the electric kettle is a trendy, '网红' (influencer-favorite) model. Cleanliness: Quite clean.”

„📍 Fantastic Ambiance: The 539-year-old camphor tree in the hotel's courtyard is an absolute ”treasure of the house.” Its lush green stature gives the hotel a unique historical charm. A morning stroll under the tree makes time feel like it slows down. 💁 Top-Notch Service: The butler service deserves a huge shout-out! Their response time was incredibly fast, truly ”answering every question.” They not only offered great travel advice but also meticulously arranged our daily needs, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. 🥣 Dining Experience: Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, featuring all local specialties. We didn't need to search for guides to enjoy authentic Linhai flavors, starting the day off with great energy. The evening bar service was also good, with well-made cocktails. The reading room had a wonderful, quiet, and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. 📝 Minor Drawback: Just a small suggestion – while the bar's service and drinks are excellent, there isn't a non-smoking section. This slightly detracts from the experience for non-smoking guests. Overall, the minor flaw doesn't overshadow the positives. It's a hotel with warmth and style, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Linhai!”

„Fantastic rooms, modern, with a large TV, comfy bed, spacious, good views and excellent controls of lights and curtains . The staff has been very helpful upgrading me and trying to help. Thank you Tina at the reception from your kind help. The gym is small but ok for simple workouts. There is a cable machine which is already great, some decent weights and plenty of cardio equipment. There is also a very good laundry room. Breakfast: is basic but ok What is really missing is a restaurant, you can order in but options are limited in Linhai. You have KFC and Mc Donald’s across the road if you need to.”

„本次出行攜2位姐姐及1位高齡爺爺出行，為姐妹三人特意提前預訂貴店稀缺的三床閨蜜房。這是我選擇這家酒店的唯一理由。我想要的是姐妹同住、晚上可以圍坐聊天、彼此陪伴的團聚感。 説白了：我是衝著你們的招牌特色菜來的，不是來吃隨處都有的家常菜。隨便哪家酒店都訂得到三間大床房，我沒有必要專程選這裏。 當天台州陰雨降温，房間有四扇窗＋1扇陽台門、臨街通風大，本身就很冷。但房間空調調到40度依舊完全不制熱；洗澡水温衹有38度，不夠暖和，浴室排風還關不掉，一直吹冷風。我在浴室凍了十幾分鍾，前後折騰了兩個多小時才處理問題，體驗很差。經理解釋，因為三床房入住率低，未做入住前設施巡檢。住宿最基本就是熱水和暖氣，兩樣都不檢查，是對客人體驗和基礎居住安全的不負責。 酒店給出解決問題的辦法： 兩間大床房：兩間大床房858元，對比原一間三床房1058元，既降價、又拆分住宿，直接破壞姐妹同住的初衷，無法接受。 三間大床房：看似補償到位，算下來少花了200多元，但我真的一點便宜都不想佔，我衹想要一份姐妹團聚、深夜聊天的氛圍，是情感專屬，一晚舒服住宿。滿心歡喜安排的一趟姐妹同行，被基礎品控失誤完全打亂、體驗感完全歸零。畢竟不論哪家酒店都可以預訂三間大床房，何必選擇這家。 與前台溝通無效後，經理過來解決，還算積極客氣，都不容易，每年入住那麼多酒店，衹給過一家酒店差評。但真實體驗擺在眼前，本次實在無法給予好評。也希望貴店重視冷門房型的日常巡檢，不要再辜負遠方專程而來的客人。”

„房間超級大，前台小姐姐温柔禮貌，給無償升級到六樓更安靜的房間。洗衣房很給力，給喜歡徒步的我們更大便利。賓館停車場也很大，酒店位置在開發區，離台州古城和臨海長城有幾十分鐘車程，但是對自駕的我們來説這些都不是問題。關鍵賓館乾淨衞生，早餐給力。這麼多次的維也納老客户，真的很贊這個臨海店。”
