„Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families.”

„在博鰲衹住一天，看酒店很新就選了這裏，結果入住完全超出預期，管家可盈小姐姐超級貼心，服務專業又細心，提前一天就加微信送攻略，辦入住時主動迎接，幫忙把行李送到房間，儘量滿足我的要求，安排的房間視野超級棒，入住後還貼心的送了助眠小禮物，完全私人管家級別，非常感謝。酒店整體裝修偏法式，黑白的搭配年輕又高級，早餐用餐區域稍微小了點，但是味道不錯，尤其肉夾饃我和老公一致好評。大堂的服務態度也很棒，微笑服務主動問好，門口小夥子拉車門，幫忙放行李都非常快速主動，看出來酒店培訓是下了功夫的。酒店位置也很方便，旁邊是海的故事，身後是博鰲縣，吃飯外賣都方便，這次入住完全超出預期，下次還會選擇這裏”

„Good location with many good food nearby. Housekeeping staff responded fast to all our needs. There is a cafe nearby that serves nice bread, cake and coffee. Will stay at this hotel when I come again for my next holiday.”

„We booked a 3 night stay at Park Plaza during our visit to Qionghai, and we are very pleased with our experience. This hotel is relatively new(opened in Aug 2025). The interior decor is modern, clean and new. The room we booked is very spacious, nice and clean, and can comfortably fit 3 persons. The room toilet is exquisite and spacious as well. Good water pressure from the shower head. There's even heating on the toilet bowl seat. The hotel is strategically situated just along the boundary of the town, a short distance from the high speed rail station, so it is peaceful and quiet. Despite that, there are quite a few eateries, and a supermarket, Macdonald's, Lukin coffee, just beside the hotel without even needing to cross any major roads. The actual town center is also very accessible from the hotel location, being just about 1.6km away, or 10min if you call for Didi PHV. Breakfast was very decent with the standard Chinese style dishes. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive to the guests. The manager on-duty personally sent us up to our room on the first day, even turning on the room's power and air-conditioning in advance before our arrival. While waiting in the hotel lobby for our ride to explore town, we were served tea by the staff on duty. And at the end of our stay at the hotel, the duty manager helped load our luggage onto our ride without us even asking. TLDR; Extremely pleased with our experience with Park Plaza Hainan Qionghai! Well deserved 5-stars!”

„本次海南之行一路走來到目前為止，入住了四次不同的賓館，從經濟型到豪華五星均有，入住亞朵是讓人最滿意的一次。亞朵今年開業不到2個月，東西都是嶄新的，但是沒有一點裝修味道。整個房間設備設施配套讓你順手方便，服務態度讓人舒心滿意，讓人感覺到亞朵的管理層真是認真瞭解客户需求，為客户提供滿意甚至超過預期的服務。如果説需要再提高的話，建議將馬桶蓋由半自動的衹能加熱沖水，改成全自動可沖洗清潔臀部的智能馬桶蓋，用松下等名牌不過也就千元以內。智能馬桶蓋已普及到中國廣大家庭，是很多客户出門的選項之一。如果更換全智能馬桶蓋將是一次很大的提升，也是很多客户的入住重要需求之一。”

„Hotel was relatively clean, although we found mosquitoes on bedsheets, hotel staff explained the bugs might have flew in when door was opened. Also found bugs at the balcony. Staff was prompt when we request to change the linen. Location is further as it is a resort hotel, onsen was nice”

„Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.”
