„We have had a very pleasant 3-day stay for the first time at this hotel. Most impressed with the very courteous and efficient customer service delivered by all the frontline staff. We would like to highlight the excellent service rendered by their duty housekeeping staff named 郑惠川. She always greeted us with a pleasant smile.She has kept the room in tiptop condition throughput our stay and has promptly and effectively handled each and every request of ours. We were particularly touched by her one small gesture, as illustrated in the little note she sent us (attached). We would appreciate it if our compliments about 郑惠川could be conveyed to the hotel management. We also noted the excellent location of the hotel in the old city of Quanzhou. Would strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who wish to explore the old city.”

„The front desk proactively upgraded us to a river-view room, and the scenery was stunning. The Jinjiang Bridge was fully visible outside the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Lei, always provided service with a smile. The check-in experience was especially good, and I will definitely come again next time!”

„The hotel's location in the old town is super convenient; you can call a 'xiaobai' car (a local rickshaw service) anytime to get to attractions like Kaiyuan Temple and Guan Yue Temple. During my stay, it rained heavily, making it hard to get a taxi. I ended up walking to the edge of the old town and then booking a 'xiaobai' car to return to the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, and the facilities are quite new. I particularly liked the laundry service: I'd just hang my clothes on the doorknob when I left, and the staff would pick them up, wash and dry them, and return them to my room. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent; even the heavy rain didn't disturb my sleep. The front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were all very warm and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.”

„One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium. This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past. I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there! „Actually, I was staying in another international known hotel chain, but due to the poor room condition and isolated location, I decided to change to this hotel which I used to stay before. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.”
