„We stayed at this brand new hotel near Disneyland Paris and overall had a very positive experience. It is about a 30-minute walk to Disneyland, but the walk itself is actually quite pleasant. You pass through a residential area with apartments and condos, along with small ponds, trees, and landscaped paths, so it doesn’t feel long or tiring at all. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, and functional. The room was well designed with plenty of space to open large luggage—we had four big trunk-size suitcases and still had room to move around comfortably. One feature we really appreciated was the built-in shelving system, which allowed each family member to organize and separate their belongings, making everything very convenient during our stay. The bathroom was also brand new, modern, and well designed. One thing to note is that our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay, which was a bit unexpected, but not a major issue for us. The lobby is also very nice—modern, spacious, and open 24 hours, which is very convenient for guests coming in late or leaving early. There are a couple of small downsides. They no longer serve coffee 24 hours, only other drinks, and they also do not sell still water—only sparkling water, which may not suit everyone’s preference. There is an espresso machine (or pod-based system similar to Nespresso/Keurig) provided, but it only comes with coffee pods and no powdered creamer or milk. Since we usually cannot drink coffee without fresh milk, this was a bit inconvenient for us. However, it’s not a major issue and not something we would expect from this type of hotel given the price point, which we still find very good and worth it. There is a car for right behind the hotel which according to the six minute walk however we're not able to go to this as it closes at 10 PM but it is very convenient if you have the time to go and grocery since the rooms do have a full kitchen set up where you can cook a microwave when it comes with full amenities such as pots and pans and plates glasses dishware utensils it's very convenient. We initially assumed that “24-hour service” would include coffee access at any time, especially since there is a coffee machine in the hotel. However, we were later told that the coffee machine is only available during breakfast hours and not overnight. I know this might sound like a small detail, but with a baby who has jet lag and wakes up around 3 AM, this actually made a difference for us. My husband usually relies on coffee during those hours, so this was a bit of a mismatch in expectations. That said, considering the overall price, the hotel still offers excellent value. It is clean, new, comfortable, and very practical for families visiting Disneyland Paris. Overall, I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Disneyland Paris. The combination of location, modern design, and spacious rooms makes it a very solid choice despite the minor limitations.”

„Staff very rude, one saying one thing and another something else all over a fan, the night team gentleman clearly thinks he should have another job. white lies over a empty hotel and a shortage of weak fans on a hot night. my boyfriend who doesnt like a fuss asked he got told something completely different i had to go down and speak instead, pathetic behaviour”

„Zalety: dworzec autobusowy tuż przed tym apartamentowcem, bezpłatny autobus wahadłowy do Disneylandu, ale z niego nie skorzystałem, blisko La Vallee Village i centrum handlowego Val D Europe, łatwo znaleźć restaurację. Wady: zniszczone i przestarzałe schody po wyjściu z windy, łuszcząca się i brudna wykładzina... Czystość w pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia, łazienka, a zwłaszcza podłoga w prysznicu, jest tak brudna, że ​​dawno nie była czyszczona, odczuwam swędzenie, w łóżku mam pluskwy.”

„The best feature of the aparthotel is the lovely staff and its location - it’s walking distance to Disney, it’s right beside the Val d’Europe mall which is also next door to La Vallée Village shopping outlet and the Val d’Europe rail station for the RER A train straight to CDG airport and Paris. The downside is that we had no airconditioning or fans on possibly the hottest week in France but for the price (which is well less than half if you booked a Disney partner hotel!) it was worth it - the bedroom and the lounge (with the comfy and easy pull-out sofa bed) both had double doors that opens up so we were still able to let some cool air in. All basic stuff we need were there like dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, kettle, fridge and induction hob. Our room also had a large balcony with table and chairs and so we were able to have dinner outside some evenings. Overall great value for money and we will use again.”
