Advantages; helpful staff at concierge, amazing food at the Parkview - one of the best omelette ever had, walking access to the beach.. (but beware of steep stairs..) and….. house keeping service was first class and friendly. Disadvage; TV could be bigger, NO smart TV, No utube, No neflix … power point was only on one side of the bed. Shampoo/ conditioner/ bodywash is just plain, not suitsble for 5 star hotel. When u purchase the toilettes bag which cost 30$ u get the same stuff inside with tooth brush and paste. We stayed 3 nights and were very impressive with house keeping service. Everytime we come back, towels were replaced, bed was made, refilled stocks etc. thanks house keeping team x the best 🩵

the service was great. check in and check out were both smooth and fast. most guests were families with small children, but no problems in terms of noises or any disturbances. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the only thing that was a huge letdown was the view from the room. it was mostly obstructed by the building entrance’s facade, there was little view to enjoy. Najbardziej komfortowy hotel, w jakim zatrzymałem się podczas mojej ostatniej nocy na wyspie Jeju. Ogólna cena jest nieco wysoka, ale widziałem, że cena rachunku za pokój w hotelu jest podobna do tej w Chinach. Hol jest bardzo duży, recepcjonistka rzadko mówi po angielsku, angielski konsjerża jest w porządku, jest też młodszy brat, który mówi po chińsku. Pomogli nam wziąć taksówkę na lotnisko. Polecana plaża Jiajae była naszym ulubionym kąpieliskiem. Na szczęście zapytaliśmy wcześniej i dostaliśmy pyszny chleb. Dojazd taksówką na lotnisko zajmuje 40 minut, a do pobliskich atrakcji około 20 minut.

First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

The hotel was very clean. It's a shame we stayed for two nights and it was cloudy and hazy every day, so we didn't get to see the true beauty of Mount Lu. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for a family with two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, which is great for light sleepers. Perhaps due to the climate, there were a lot of small flying insects at night, but the staff were constantly cleaning them out of the pool, and the water was very clean. The Ivory Brunch downstairs was delicious, and the supermarket had plenty of options. The changing rooms by the pool were also exceptionally clean, and they even had skincare products available. Highly recommend!

Stayed here 3 times now. Just a really nice stay in a part of Jungmun that has lots of nightlife to offer. Beds are co.fy, staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Best of course is the price which can be very low depending on time of year and different deals

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

화장실이 슥 보면 깨끗해 보이는데, 실리콘 곰팡이나 바닥타일이 움직이는 현상도 있었습니다.. 타일 속에서 막 물 나오고.. 2~3명으로 가시는 것보다, 여기는 많이 와야할거 같습니다. 그리거고 숙소 배정(위치)는 별도로 요청해여할거 같습니다. 저는 사람들 있는 동이랑 많이 떨어져서, 주변에 아무도 없고, 불도 안켜져있고..좀 을씨년 스러웠습니다. 그 외에는 침구류랑 수건류 청결해서 좋았습니다. 다음에는 대가족이랑 올때나 한번 이용할거 같습니다.

A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.

room was clean and spacious for 3 adults. if driving, free parking available and self check in/out through a machine at the carpark lobby. Bottles of water provided every day based on number of pax. location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away. Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels. overall: will come back! good sea views
