„Personel był niezwykle serdeczny, wręcz rodzinny. Oferowali zniżki na wynajem rowerów elektrycznych, a my pojechaliśmy na nich na szczyt Seongsan Ilchulbong. Hotel posiada własny sklep spożywczy 7-Eleven. Okolica jest dość cicha, ale sklep spożywczy ułatwiał znalezienie jedzenia. Korzystanie z koreańskich aplikacji do zamawiania przejazdów było również bardzo wygodne. Pokoje miały ogrzewanie podłogowe, lodówkę i kuchenkę mikrofalową, więc wcale nie było zimno. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, obsługa i udogodnienia były naprawdę doskonałe w stosunku do ceny.”

„Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?”

„First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.”

„Po prostu cudownie. Do hotelu dojechaliśmy samochodem, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Chociaż nasz pokój miał widok na góry, był całkiem przyjemny, ponieważ hotel wydawał się być otoczony pobliskimi farmami. Hotel jest położony dość na uboczu, ale to nie problem. Zaledwie krótki spacer dzieli nas od pięknego wybrzeża południowego Czedżu. W pokojach mieliśmy również ekspres do kawy Nestle Dolce Gusto, który bardzo ucieszył moją mamę, gdy próbowaliśmy lemoniady i mrożonej herbaty brzoskwiniowej. Śniadanie w formie bufetu było naprawdę dobre i oferowało piękne widoki na morze i basen.”

„A few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.”

„We booked the Casa Milla Room. The apartment was very comfortable and very large. In terms of location, it is not very near to many places but if you are driving, it is really ok. We like the peace and tranquility. There is also an elevator for Casa Milla rooms and therefore, no worries about having to lug the luggage up the stairs. Room for improvement - will be good if there is an English instructions for operating the washing machine and oven. Using translate app to operate was not very useful.”

„To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, po tym jak postanowiliśmy przedłużyć naszą podróż po Czedżu i ponownie odwiedzić Seogwipo. Przede wszystkim to małe miasto ma mnóstwo uroku i wiele do zaoferowania podróżnym w wolnym tempie, takim jak my. Personel hotelu jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Pokój jest bardzo czysty i wyposażony w mikrofalówkę oraz łatwy w obsłudze system utylizacji śmieci. Lokalizacja jest idealna na piesze wędrówki lub zwiedzanie innych części wyspy, ponieważ sieć autobusowa jest tu bardzo dobrze skomunikowana. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem jest świetne, a woda ciepła. Łóżko jest wygodne, choć zbyt wąskie dla osób z Zachodu. Wi-Fi pozwala na połączenie tylko z 3 urządzeniami, co wymaga pewnej koordynacji, jeśli korzysta się z większej liczby.”
