Hotele z parkingiem w: Marrakesz

This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, nice environment, good breakfast, balcony with a view

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

Très bel hôtel. Deux piscines chauffées a 30 degrés dont une intérieure (1h par jour sur réservation). 3 restaurants, multiples bars. Parfait pour profiter du beau temps !

Mieliśmy przyjemność zatrzymać się w Riad Jibril podczas naszej wizyty w Marrakeszu i było to cudowne przeżycie! Nasz gospodarz, Iheb, naprawdę zasługuje na miano legendy. Od momentu zameldowania aż do wymeldowania, sprawił, że nasz pobyt był niezapomniany. Choć nie jest to hotel pięciogwiazdkowy, zapewnił nam wyjątkowe i autentyczne marokańskie doznania, które przerosły nasze oczekiwania. Sam riad, z jego tradycyjną architekturą, był czysty i przytulny. Największą atrakcją był bez wątpienia spokojny taras, oaza spokoju z dala od zgiełku medyny. Pewnego wieczoru oddaliśmy się paleniu shishy na tarasie, co było wspaniałym przeżyciem, za które zapłaciliśmy tylko około 70 MAD. Mieliśmy również przyjemność zjeść kolację na tarasie, gdzie delektowaliśmy się pysznymi tadżinami w bardzo rozsądnej cenie 60 MAD za sztukę. Kunszt kulinarny szefa kuchni był naprawdę imponujący. Śniadanie serwowane każdego ranka było również tradycyjne i domowe! Nasz pobyt był naprawdę wyjątkowy dzięki ciepłej i serdecznej atmosferze stworzonej przez Iheba i personel. Przyjechaliśmy jako goście, ale wyjechaliśmy z poczuciem, że jesteśmy przyjaciółmi. Zaprzyjaźniliśmy się nawet z dwoma uroczymi kociętami-rezydentami: Sofią, długowłosą pręgowaną kotką, i Leeną, rudą kotką. Ich obecność dodała naszemu pobytowi dodatkowego uroku. Położenie Riadu Dżibril było idealne, a wielbłąd przed kantorem wymiany walut stanowił doskonały punkt orientacyjny. Riad znajdował się w przeciwległej uliczce, drugich drzwiach, co ułatwiało jego znalezienie. Szczególnie podobało nam się jego bliskość do kasby, niedaleko kawiarni Zeitun, jednego z naszych ulubionych miejsc do wieczornych odwiedzin. Oświetlony latarniami taras kawiarni zapewniał majestatyczne widoki, dzięki którym nasze wieczory były jeszcze bardziej niezapomniane.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
