„Both left and right are surrounded by either pub or karaoke lounge. Not recommended if need a peaceful stay & good night sleep. However, it has good basement car parks to ensure safety parking. Hopefully the hotel will do better sound proof to all windows especially all superior rooms.”

„We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green ..

SSanty A.I chose Jinhold Hotel for a short trip to Miri, and it turned out to be a smart, no-fuss choice. Nestled in a quiet yet accessible neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience.
First Impressions & Location
The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away.
The Room: Compact & Comfortable
My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed:
· A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens.
· A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity).
· A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels.
· A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower.
· Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water.
Services & Facilities
The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out.
· Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming.
· Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

GGośćThe hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.

SSSalThe location very centrally to miri city,the reception she very helpful like to day had small incident with the Grab driver(language barrier) immediately she was ready to sort it with the professionalism and help,thank you sorry i did not get her name but the one with masked.
The cleaning everyday in the room with new towel and the best smell towel ever cross around hotels.
The in-house hotel called The Yard very handy to the customer's especially now the rainy season in Malaysia.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

GGośćLocation is very good. Beautiful scenery from the apartment. Very strange and rigid rules. I knew 1 person from apartment was entitled to have free breakfast a day. I was given 3 breakfast coupons for 3 day stay but when I tried to have 3 persons from my family to have breakfast together for the same day, the receptionist bluntly refused. The conditions of each apartment we stayed was different. My sister had a 3 bed room unit with full utilities including dinning table and yet there was no wash basin for cups and plates. The bathroom sinks were leaking.

GGośćThis is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit.
Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.
