"W tym hotelu spędziliśmy komfortowy czas. Usytuowany niedaleko stacji, około 2-3 minuty spacerem, bardzo wygodnie było dostać się pociągiem do Parmy. Czasami jednak okolica hotelu budziła wątpliwości, ale z drugiej strony historyczne centrum miasta znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Śniadanie w formie bufetu wystarczyło, aby napełnić Cię na dobry początek dnia, a obsługa była bardzo uprzejma. Nie mogliśmy jednak wypróbować innych obiektów, ponieważ myśleliśmy, że basen będzie zamknięty, ponieważ była zima. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, mieliśmy miły pobyt w hotelu Novotel i na pewno zatrzymamy się ponownie."

"With the exception of the stairwell, I'm completely satisfied. It seemed as if the stairwell hadn't been cleaned for days. The glass panels, which also serve as handrails, were particularly unappetizing and dirty. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the hotel and the service. Who even uses the stairwell these days? The generous breakfast buffet was also fine for me. It had everything I needed. The price was right. I stayed here in May 2026."

This hostel manages to combine simplicity, comfort, and excellent value, making it suitable not only for young people but also for couples looking to explore Parma at their leisure. It’s situated right by a busy street and has absolutely no sound isolation, so you’ll hear the cars all night as well as a high brumming noice from the way to old radiator system. But maybe the worst of all is the hotel manager. The most rude hotel employee I have ever come across. "
