"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room. The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"Deliberate attempt by the hotel to mislead guests by using the same photos of different room types for all their rooms. Appreciate the upgrade but left a bad taste at how it was eventually done. Housekeeping is poor as they either leave my clothes on the phone, did not change the soiled bedsheet, or failed to top up the tea. Read many reviews about the limited breakfast which is true, so I wanted to book room without breakfast but there's no option for it. Again you can see how deliberate the hotel is in their attempt to cover up. The positives are a comfortable bed and constant shower temperature/pressure."

"One of the worst of worst hotel I've ever been.... so filthy, the towels , rug, floor, toiletries and ventilation... I can't even sleep ... the main door was always locked and need someone to use key to unlock the door you can't go in and out freely I felt like im in a prison... only one person does all the job... security, front desk attendant all was done by only one guy...... he sleeps at night and locked the whole hotel and you need to wake him up for you to get out and get in the hotel... I would never ever come back again... im scared to death on my stay there."
