"This hotel is a complete disappointment. It's literally on the Pan-American Highway, a road with constant traffic, buses, motorcycles, and noise all night long. They advertise "interior rooms," but that's not true: the rooms face a side street, and you can hear the noise from the Pan-American Highway in full force, with no soundproofing whatsoever. Sleeping is practically impossible. The mattresses are excessively hard, uncomfortable to the point of preventing rest. Between the noise and the mattress, I couldn't sleep and had to leave the hotel early because the quality of the accommodation was terrible. To top it all off, the hotel tried to charge me the full amount of the reservation, using the excuse that it was Carnival season, even though the service offered didn't guarantee the bare minimum: being able to sleep."
