"This is a review of the Faldo course. In summary, it has not been maintained, areas around the course are very poor. The greens are inconsistent, bunkers average and for the money not worth the drive from Vilamoura. If I am honest 15 of the holes were no better than Pestana Silves at 2/3rd of the price. The staff in the clubhouse were rude. We arrived at 1030 and were rudely chased from downstairs ti upstairs for coffee. There we were rudely told it wasn't open. After the game apart from one guy taking orders, the other 3 were too busy watching the Champions league final."

"We turn up 45mins before our tee time, it took 20mins waiting at reception to confirm our booking. Okay, but a bit slow! The place is nice until you step out onto the course. Fairways and greens are good but bunkers and surroundings are terrible! Some of the holes look like a building site (see pics attached) No sand in most bunkers, concrete only and many bunkers out of play. Buggies are very frustrating as the screen tells you anything but the yardage etc. Having to press “return to golf” 3-4 times every hole is not only frustrating, but slows the play down too. We paid £90pp for Twilight and €55 euro for club hire which are very well used stealth sets. Could do with a refurb given their condition. Overall, given the reputation of the course, it’s in an awful state. The course should currently be priced at a reduced rate and guests should be told before booking about the condition of the course. If I was Nick Faldo, I wouldn’t want my name represented by the current quality of Amendoeria."

"Niesamowite miejsce, 2 duże sypialnie zarezerwowaliśmy i były ogromne. Czyste w ogóle. Mieliśmy wszystkie kuchnie i udogodnienia. Staff był miły. Za cenę to było kradzież. Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Jest około 12 min jazdy do centrum albufeira. Jest Aldi w 5 minut jazdy bardzo przydatne. Miejsce ma wspólny basen, którego nie używaliśmy, ponieważ było jeszcze trochę zimno i byliśmy też zmęczeni. Jedyne niepożądane, które mogę powiedzieć, i są niewielkie prysznic może być nieco lepsze spray, to jest to. 5/5 dla mnie."
