Było lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Uwielbiam zatrzymywać się w The Great Southern Hotel Perth. Chociaż tylko na jedną noc, to i tak mi się podobało. Pokój jest nieskazitelnie czysty, dobrze utrzymany, bardzo nowoczesny. Recepcjonistka była bardzo pomocna, pokazując mi, jak samodzielnie się zameldować, bo nigdy wcześniej tego nie robiłem. Lokalizacja jest blisko restauracji, apteki i sklepów. Najlepszy!!!!!

The room was wide and pretty, beds were comfortable as well. The place is close to supermarket and free transportation. However, there was a flooding issue in our bathroom (maybe due to the drainage pipe) and also the shower head had a dripping issue. Staff were helpful to help us fix the dripping, however it started to drip again at night. Other than the issue above, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend staying here if the bathroom issue could be improved.

I stayed in a single room for two nights. Just enough for me going around inner city, not too difficult to come back from anywhere in the city. I didn't mind the shared bathroom, shower and everything, but some of light and the shower booths seem to be fixed. I'd recommend to have a heater or electric blanket during winter.

First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central.The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier.The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here.The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.

Affordable pricing with 5-star services. The room is very clean as they clean the room throughly everyday. They also have powerful hair-dryers. Excellent location. 10-min walk to Perth Station, 5-min to Woolsworth, and 2-min walk to Chemist Warehouse. Appreciate the little card and chocolates that they prepared for me. Highly recommended for solo traveller, but the room may be squeezy for 2 pax and there is only one power point. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

Mountway Hotel Apartment: A Budget Gem for Asian Travelers in Perth I recently stayed at Mountway Hotel Apartment in Perth, and I must say it’s one of the best options in its price range, especially for Asian travelers looking for a long-term stay with self-catering facilities. Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out. I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment. This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience.

The location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed. The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay. They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big. Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

Wiele autobusów z tego przystanku jedzie bezpośrednio na dworzec kolejowy i węzeł autobusowy Elizabeth Quay, gdzie można łatwo przesiąść się na inne autobusy lub pociągi. System transportu publicznego w Perth jest doskonały, a autobusy przyjeżdżają co 10 minut lub rzadziej. Dostępny jest również bezpłatny autobus CAT, obsługujący cztery trasy (czerwoną, niebieską, zieloną i żółtą). W autobusach CAT nie ma potrzeby wsiadania i wysiadania. Przystanek czerwonej linii CAT znajduje się zaledwie 5 minut spacerem od hotelu, na ulicy bezpośrednio za hotelem. Jeśli podróżujesz samochodem, hotel oferuje parking (obowiązują opłaty). Zatrzymaliśmy się tu na 6 nocy. Chociaż lokalizacja i dogodny dojazd są doskonałe, chciałbym szczerze podzielić się kilkoma obszarami do poprawy: Oświetlenie: Oświetlenie w pokoju było bardzo słabe, przez co przez cały pobyt panował tam mrok. Jaśniejsze oświetlenie znacznie by poprawiło sytuację. Ciśnienie wody: Zarówno ciepła, jak i zimna woda pod prysznicem miała bardzo niskie ciśnienie, co sprawiało, że prysznice były niewygodne. Klimatyzacja: Klimatyzacja była słaba. Zatrzymaliśmy się zimą, więc nie stanowiło to dużego problemu, ale latem mogło być problematyczne. Stan wykładzin: Wykładziny w pokojach i windach nadają się do wymiany. Wygląd holu: Choć nie jest to konieczne, odświeżenie holu i holu przy windach znacznie poprawiłoby pierwsze wrażenie gości. To moje szczere, szczere sugestie, z nadzieją, że pomogą one poprawić komfort i komfort pobytu przyszłych gości.
