Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out. I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment. This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience.

Exceptional stay from start to finish I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. Overall, Pan Pacific delivers true five-star comfort with outstanding service. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and seamless hotel experience.

Chociaż lokalizacja i dogodny dojazd są doskonałe, chciałbym szczerze podzielić się kilkoma obszarami do poprawy: Oświetlenie: Oświetlenie w pokoju było bardzo słabe, przez co przez cały pobyt panował tam mrok. Jaśniejsze oświetlenie znacznie by poprawiło sytuację. Ciśnienie wody: Zarówno ciepła, jak i zimna woda pod prysznicem miała bardzo niskie ciśnienie, co sprawiało, że prysznice były niewygodne. Klimatyzacja: Klimatyzacja była słaba. Zatrzymaliśmy się zimą, więc nie stanowiło to dużego problemu, ale latem mogło być problematyczne. Stan wykładzin: Wykładziny w pokojach i windach nadają się do wymiany. Wygląd holu: Choć nie jest to konieczne, odświeżenie holu i holu przy windach znacznie poprawiłoby pierwsze wrażenie gości. To moje szczere, szczere sugestie, z nadzieją, że pomogą one poprawić komfort i komfort pobytu przyszłych gości.

Very clean modern room. Very close to the CBD making it very convenient with buses stops almost at the front of hotel.

In a great location near Elizabeth Quay, and Langley park for Australia day fireworks and other events. We stayed in a Premium room with river view. It was spacious, modern and with a great shower. The view was nice, but would be great if the windows weren't so narrow. The walls were way too thin for a luxury hotel though. We could hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to us, and they woke us up when they came back to the room at 1am. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great location for food and shopping. About 10 mins away from train station and Chinatown. The staff are very friendly and appreciate the greetings when we go out in the morning and back in the evening. Feels like home! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The family room were awesome.. got 3 bed 1 king and 2 single its very great for family likes me who has growing kids that dont want share bed with their sibling.the room is nice and clean, location very center and easy to catch the cat buses. Will come back again for sure

Pokój duży. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony. Jednak wszystko stare. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko autobus miejski i Red Cat darmowy autobus. Fajny park obok. Sam hotel ma swoje lata. Po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaże w specjalnej przechowalni koło recepcji. Personel miły i pomocny. The room is large. The kitchenette is fully equipped. However, everything is old. The location is good. The city bus and the free Red Cat bus are close by. There's a nice park next door. The hotel itself is showing its age. After check-out, you can leave your luggage in a special storage room near the reception. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The newly opened hotel is really nice overall! Except for some unpleasant smells in the lobby！

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.
