"Szczerze mówiąc hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Izolacja akustyczna jest bardzo zła. Słychać ludzi rozmawiających w sąsiednim pokoju i dużo hałasu z korytarza. Do pokoju włamują się też pokojówki, choć na drzwiach zawiesiłam zawieszkę z prośbą, żeby nie przeszkadzać."

Znalazłem również wyjątkowy, bogaty w wszelkie dobro Boga i zawsze bardzo dobrze traktowany w szczegółach, czysty pokój i wspaniały widok na morze. bliskość do morza jest jakość jego usług i współczucie jest dostępność personelu sprawiają, że hotel stale znajduje się dla kogo chce czuć się w rodzinie, co powiedzieć? "As a family of four with two children (aged 8 and 12), we spent a wonderful week at Nautilus Family Hotel, staying in a sea-view room. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. One of the things we appreciated most was the hotel's atmosphere. Most of the staff primarily speak Italian, which made our stay feel authentic. At the same time, communication in English was never a problem. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The beachfront location is fantastic, with direct access to a beautiful, well-maintained beach. Everything is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient for families. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day, and the same high standard was evident throughout the hotel, on the beach, and in all the facilities. It was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. Although our children didn't participate in many of the activities, the entertainment team did an outstanding job creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere. The entertainment and children's activities are primarily in Italian, which adds to the authentic Italian experience, but they were easy to follow and felt inclusive for international guests as well. We simply can't say enough good things about Nautilus Family Hotel. It combines outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, a beautiful beachfront location, and a genuinely authentic atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday, and we would not hesitate to return."

"I really want to write this review, first of all for the kindness and availability of Luca, who took care of our booking and welcomed us in the best possible way and then because the hotel really satisfied us with its extreme cleanliness, which for us must always be in first place, but also for the modern and well-kept furnishings and the super comfortable mattresses and pillows. We even found the air filters clean!!! which I would say is more unique than rare in almost all structures, even high-level ones. In fact, there is great attention and attention to detail behind it. Breakfast was also excellent. The location is excellent, very close to everything as well as 2 steps from the sea. "This facility is truly one of the most beautiful I have been too, especially the pool area and gardens over watching the valley is stunning. My girlfriend and I talked about going back again soon, to just lay by the pool ordering drinks and snacks, and have a great time. The rooms are nothing special I would say, but truly cosy and have more of a rustic Italian vibe. I would also really like if they could offer a more comprehensive lunch menu but also the ability to offer dinner at the Villa would be nice. The staff is also very service minded and nice. The price-point is also very fair, almost a catch I would say."

"We had high expectations of this hotel and we were amazed at just how good it was. Clean, smart , spacious. A huge 25 m pool ( unheated) with large clean pool area. The food is incredible , enormous buffet at breakfast. Omelettes and waffles cooked to order, coffee to die for. The lunch deal was incredibly good vale as was the sunbeds and bottle of wine deal. This hotels biggest strength is its staff, ( Reception , resturant and cleaning ) always pleasant , always helpful. They made the holiday for us. We loved the free hire bikes as there is a large network of cycle paths starting at the hotel. Lots to see, the old town is minutes away and wonderful. I’m glad we came at the end of May, the start of the season as everything is a bit quieter. The city of Urbino is well with a visit as is the Imperiala Villa. Cannot wait to come back."

"Friendly staff and handy for beach and bus to station and bus to Urbino. Breakfast is good for Italy with fruit, yoghurt, cooked choices and pastries. The bike path to Fano passes the hotel and it is about a 25 min walk to the station. Hotel had bikes for hire. Dinner available at sister hotel down the road."
