這家民宿必須5星🌟好評，非常值得推薦👍我帶娃旅遊這麼多年，這是我住過最好的民宿，先説説環境和衞生方面，真的寬敞整潔沒得説，房間不僅大，還明亮，衞生間沒有異味特別乾淨，我家兩個娃到這的第一天就特別的開心，説這個房子太好了，有家的感覺，不像其他酒店感覺哪哪都不敢碰，這個小院乾淨清爽的感覺跟家裡一樣。再説説漂亮的老闆娘阿姨，真是人好的不知道用什麼語言來形容了，我們是兩天的環球行程，不僅每天親自開着大商務車，車接車送，還特別的體貼，我們晚上回來的特別晚，她還耐心的開車帶着我們去買吃的，真的就像家人一樣，人美心善。我們原本定的住3 天，結果孩子接下來的行程不想再換其他酒店了，我們臨時又➕了一天，其實想➕兩天，但是沒辦法了，人家已經都提前訂出去了。我們退房後，美女老闆娘又親自開車送我們去的地鐵站，我們分開不到兩個小時，我的小女兒突然就跟我説“媽媽，我好想念清清小院，想那個阿姨了”這次北京之旅真的太幸運了，選到了這麼好的店，真的給我們的旅行增加了太好的體驗感。推薦推薦，這個店你來北京，特別是帶娃旅行的，你就閉眼定吧，用我們東北話説“包你一住一個不吱聲👍👍👍”

Overall, I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. The service was excellent, and their response time was incredibly fast. The location is also in a great area of the city. I had some personal issues during my stay, and they were very kind and helpful in finding solutions. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to everyone.

非常非常推薦！！！我們一行四人早上去爬了東靈山，風景太美不想回北京，臨時起意想看看附近有沒有温泉酒店可以泡泡澡呆一呆，就找到了這家。風景真的太美太美啦！！！整個村子紅色建設非常好，風氣超正，即便是村裡的小博物展覽館3D視頻做得蠻好的，很有氛圍，而且早上開窗直麪大紅星！！重點來了，温泉真的太舒服啦，在充滿雲霧的山野裏，吃完燒烤，聽着雨聲泡個温泉………….朋友們，真就是舒服得無法形容了！！ 老闆和管家叔叔都非常好，給我們免費提供了早餐，吃完早飯就趕緊網上買了兩罐同款豆腐乳，太好吃啦哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 總之，滿分推薦，一定還會再去！！！

I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

This was my favorite place to stay during my month in China! Excellent location, once you figure it out it's easy to find (my taxi drive had a bit of trouble at first). I stayed here the longest so it felt the most homey, and I had most of the things I needed for everyday life. The first week I stayed here was booked through my Chinese colleagues, so this may have influenced the room I was given or similar. My room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a safe and plenty of towels and many other things I needed for daily life. The manager, Carrie, spoke English very well and was super competent. The security guards and maids were very friendly. I basically only have one critique: There were no pots and pans, oil or anything really for daily cooking. There was a fridge, a mini stove top, a kettle and a microwave as well as four plates, two sets of chopsticks, two forks and two knives, two small spoons and two mugs. There was no kitchen knife or peeler, cutting board or anything like that (or sponge & dish soap!). So the stove top was basically useless. That was disappointing for what is called a serviced apartment. The maid did clean dirty dishes, if there were any.

It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. Kiedy pierwszy raz przyjechałem na Wielki Mur Mutianyu, szukałem hoteli w okolicy na Ctrip. Zdjęcia tego hotelu były całkiem atrakcyjne, a cena nie była wysoka, więc go zarezerwowałem. Byłem w szoku, gdy przekroczyłem bramę. Otoczenie było bardzo dobre. Wszedłem do pokoju. Był niesamowity. Dwa duże łóżka były bardzo wygodne dla trzech osób. Podwórko było tak piękne, jak na zdjęciach. Kluczem były zwierzęta. Widziałem je po raz pierwszy. Były też zjeżdżalnie i trampoliny do zabawy dla dzieci. Był też basen, ale nie był wypełniony wodą. Duża platforma była również niesamowita, z małymi mostkami i płynącą wodą. Chociaż śniadanie nie było w formie bufetu, było również bardzo obfite. Lunch zamówiliśmy osobno. Zjedliśmy dwa posiłki po trzy dania za mniej niż 200 juanów. Było to bardzo opłacalne. Smak był również dobry, ale trochę słony (osobiste odczucie). Pani z recepcji i inni pracownicy byli bardzo serdeczni i uprzejmi. Naprzeciwko hotelu znajdowała się kawiarnia itp. Okolica również była wspaniała. To pierwszy wybór, jeśli planujesz przyjazd do Mutianyu Great Wall!

We took our child on a last-minute trip and chose this hotel because of its nice environment. The experience exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, from the front desk to the room service staff – everyone was patient and attentive. I asked for an extra blanket and bed rails because I was worried about my child sleeping well, and they quickly brought them over. There were also many activities for children; my child did two kinds of crafts with the teacher in the morning and even baked pizza – they had a great time. They also have a large swimming pool with crystal-clear water, which the staff said was spring water. My child said it's a must-visit in the summer. There's also a newly decorated multi-functional hall with yoga facilities, tea ceremonies, and singing bowls – it's really quite nice. I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as some people said. There were indeed some insects in the garden, but that's part of the experience – it's about connecting with nature. Sitting on the swings and soaking up the sun in the morning was so relaxing. I also want to praise the tea the owner chose; the tea bags in the room smelled wonderful! 😃

Przyjechałem z rodzicami, a przedstawiciel obsługi klienta, który się z nami skontaktował, był niesamowicie cierpliwy. Musieliśmy coś odesłać, ponieważ kurier był bardzo nieodpowiedzialny i najwyraźniej nie przejął się tą sprawą. Jednak przedstawiciel obsługi klienta w recepcji był bardzo uważny i odpowiedzialny, stale pomagając mi w kontakcie z kurierem, co sprawiło, że moje wrażenia z podróży były bardzo pozytywne. Pomogli nam również, gdy nie mogliśmy znaleźć miejsca.

Hi .. there 😊😊 The room we booked was not available... But we were upgraded to a 2 room apartment instead.🫡 The room was cosy n came with a washing machine n a 65 inch TV. The owner was very pleasant n understanding. Location was about 5 minutes to rhe Metro and there were many eateries around with 2 large supermarkets. Location to city was about 20 mins. On the whole our stay was good .. Thank you so much.. 😄😃🤗
