„Lokalizacja hotelu jest łatwa do znalezienia, a transport jest wygodny. Znajduje się on obok linii metra 10 i linii 6. Pokoje są czyste i schludne, a oni pomogli bezpłatnie podnieść standard pokoju. Istnieje ponad 40 rodzajów śniadań, które są bardzo smaczne, a obsługa jest doskonała. Bardzo dobre doświadczenie. Pokoje wyposażone są w inteligentne elektryczne zasłony, projekcję HD w łazience z oddzielną strefą suchą i mokrą, automatyczne zasłony i bezprzewodowe ładowanie Apple. Gorąco polecam. To był wspaniały wyjazd.”

„The hotel is in a really cool ancient town it is located about 1.5km from the wall there is a free shuttle bus (blue) from the north side of the tower as you exit the station which takes you a 5 min walk from the hotel (we didn’t know this when we got there and walked for 35 mins lol) The people running the hotel are lovely and helped us with how to get to and from the wall. Very much recommend staying a night and going to the wall early as we beat all the crowds and you get to experience a cool town aswell as the wall there are lots of nice cheap restaurants to eat at aswell around.”

„Best location for tourist attractions, you only need to take a few metro stops to reach major sights. Do not buy the buffet breakfast because the quality of the food is below 5 star hotel. Front desk receptionist very nice but they are not able to assist in attractions directions. Recommend”

„I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.”

„Close to shopping center and train station. Staff were helpful. Washing machine and dryer is available in each floor. Breakfast was not a full buffet but reasonable, Chinese local style breakfast and Westerners might not like it. I think it is better to eat at the shopping center opening around 10am if you don’t need to go out too early.  Some smell from the water drainage of the shower. Even though smoking is not allowed but we can smell cigarettes. Number of  hotels had similar problem that is out of hotel’s control.”

„The staff at the hotel were more than helpful and super friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean, the rooms had lovely decor, super comfy bed, and great heating as it was cold and snowy during our trip, a lovely bathroom with a hot shower! We would definitely recommend the afternoon tea in the Chestnut Village for something a little different (shown in the picture) A great area if you wish to visit The Great Wall via Cable Cart, not a far walk to the village where you can take a shuttle bus or a not too challenging walk to the entrance and ticket office.”

„moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The GRO, Holiday, was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were brilliant with both us and our children – a special thank you to Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt at home. Bubble was also amazing with the kids, and they absolutely adored the Mini Club! The activities were engaging and fun, and Nindi not only ran great sessions with the children but also looked after us so well outside of Mini Club too. The food was excellent – with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for families!”

„Our experience has been excellent. My girlfriend fractured her ankle while skiing. The hotel staff were attentive and offered all the assistance we needed during the stay. We were Singaporean and hence needed help to make some arrangements with the Beijing airport and airline. The hotel staff stayed with us throughout to resolve some of the barriers we faced, such as language and making local calls. Another great amenities were delivery services where you could just order food from ******* and the hotel will deliver it to your room using a robot. Room was clean and huge with windows. Air conditioning and heater were working well. Shower water pressure was great. Location was good if you planned to ski in Nanshan ski resort. It's about 10_15mins by car or didi. Overall, it is a hotel I strongly recommend and will surely come back if I'm in Miyun.”

„Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff! Stayed for three nights. The entire hotel and room were very clean. Loved the room design and how modular it was. Showered, toilet, tub, all very clean. Bed sheets were high quality and very clean. It was a treat to return to the room everyday. Breakfast was also delicious, served out of the Rive Gauche which is a Michelin star restaurant. Breakfast service is thoughtful and everything comes out so quickly. On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful. They speak English, so it was helpful for a non-Chinese speaker like myself. They were always attentive and ready to open doors, help with luggage, etc. On top of that, I lost something, and they did everything within their power to help me locate it. I cannot stress how much they went above and beyond, all while being so kind. Overall, highly recommend to anyone staying in Beijing!”

„高山滑雪中心這都是第三年來了，去年也來了好幾次，今年是連住的。前台服務真的很好很好，這次趕上調房價，所以我們事情就多了一些，每次麻煩前台，他們都特別耐心和態度特別好地為我們解決問題，還都特別高效和超預期。去年來給我印象最好的是車場保安，沒想到今年還見到了。擺渡車司機我們還聊天來着。今年真是超預期，下一個冬天我們還來。美中不足的是雪燕廳的翻譯，每處都不統一，有的地方是拼音，有的地方是英文，還有一處中文寫的是雪雁廳，還有一處英文拼寫一個詞中間空格了。這個希望能改一下，既然是國家得顏面，這中低級的錯誤還是應該更改一下。下完雪的海坨山太美了，海坨水墨，果然名不虛傳，特別夢幻。”
