Hotel itself is located within short walking distance to many eating outlets, shopping mall and scenic lookouts. „這家酒店真的超讚，老闆年輕帥氣，熱情周到。從我們訂酒店開始到離開漠河，一路暖心問候。得知我們帶孩子，還貼心的到漠河站來接我們，還給我們講如何避坑，還帶我們在北極村內到處轉。推薦我們吃的餐館，菜也很好吃，地道小廚——他們家餐館又便宜又乾淨。屋內乾淨暖和，新裝修、智能家居。酒店的位置就在村子的中間，走每個景點都很近，周圍吃的也很多。當我們離店的時候，沒送我們到車站，特意讓服務員給我們拿了三瓶飲料送給孩子，挺客氣，真的像自己家人一樣。漠河之行最暖心的就是遇見松源。我從不在平台寫評價，這是第一次，感恩遇見，推薦給所有的好朋友。”

„An excellent two-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-heated for the winter. It was a welcoming place to return to after a long day. However the location is slightly away from the center and bus stop (I am sure you can ask them to pick you up for free). But if you don’t mind walking like I do, you will appreciate this place for its general space and vicinity.
The reception is happy to provide you with a thermos and the pitcher for you to 泼水成冰。 there is no need to pay for this beautiful experience. I did it 7 times on my own 🤣.”

„It's really good to come here to escape the heat! The south wears short sleeves. It is refreshing and comfortable during the day, and it has to cover a thin quilt at night. The natural air conditioner is too comfortable. The hotel is in the center of the village. It takes a few minutes to walk to the northernmost point and the border river. It is especially pleasant to blow the river breeze in the evening. The room was clean and transparent, the ventilation was very good and there was no moisture, the bedding was refreshing, and the washing area was spotless. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will tell us the route to watch the sunset on the riverside and find the north punch card. It also recommends local farm dishes. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the first choice for vacation relaxation.”

„超五星好評哦！由於此行我們🈶14個人，碰巧趕上三莫三可新店開，不然真的很難找到心滿意足的住處啦！
這裏的各方面都很贊，環境沒話説，酒店還配有自己的文創小店，在這裏不僅買買買還能拍拍拍，小孩也能玩玩玩，早晨門口的河流上可以拍潑水成冰，還有很多遊樂項目，真真的滿足了老少皆宜。
再來誇誇酒店的管家服務，任何問題都能迅速解決，回覆很快，同行中的爺爺腸胃不舒服，管家也幫忙去買葯。兩頓早餐是名宿吃的，乾淨又美味！

„酒店位於北極村景區內，本以為位置環境會給出遊帶來很多便利，但恰恰相反。住店客人必須購買景區門票和觀光車票，乘坐景區的觀光車才能進入，車要停在景區外，這對自駕的客人很不方便；而酒店在預訂時未申明這一情況。房間雖然很大，但使用起來並不舒服，如空間利用率不高，房間空了不少地方，可洗澡間卻小的轉不開身，該有插座的地方沒插座…可以看出裝修時考慮得不周全。設施設備也比較老舊了，燈光有點昏暗，甚至有幾個燈都不亮。前台的服務也跟不上，沒有主動為客人解決問題的態度和意識。早餐很一般，與其價位不匹配。總之，這次入住體驗是這次出遊以來最差的！”

HHaoqi北紅村是一個安靜美麗的地方，老闆兩口子都很熱情，家門口就有充電樁，也可以停車，很方便！
晚餐在老闆家吃的小雞燉蘑菇，兩個人一個菜就夠了，東北菜份量還是可以的。
早餐10元/人，粥很好喝，餅也不錯，可惜的是昨晚下雨沒有看到星星。
房間裏很熱，炕燒的太熱了，床也硬，沒有睡好，但老闆一家的熱情還是很讓人滿意的。

The manager put my friend and I in touch with Driver Jin, who did a great job showing us around. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere off the beaten path, be it hiking or old villages, he had great recommendations and was very patient while we explored. This was a fantastic way to enjoy the Golden Week without the crowds and with cooler temperatures.

GGośćThis is a really small bed and breakfast concept but was one of the most comfortable stays during our trip. The family running the inn is really nice especially the mum. They made sure we had everything we needed.
There is an option for simple local breakfast, which was really really good.
Very well located - eateries are just 3mins walk out to the main road, Main Street of the Arctic Village is 5min walk from the inn and everything you need is there. All other key attractions are within 5-10min drive.
Will most definitely stay here again.

Location is not quite near the Main Street but a short drive by our driver.
We played fireworks outside the hotel slightly outside the car park area. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a decent buffet.

剛開始想去北極村的時候看到這個酒店打電話問了一下老闆有啥推薦，老闆很細心的跟我講解了哪個地方值得玩，玩多久，怎麼從漠河到北極村等等，做攻略做着做着有啥不懂的還給老闆打了很多遍騷擾電話😂老闆一直都很細心很有耐心的給我一個一個講解，跟老闆通的第一次電話就決定要住在這裏。
環境超好，安靜，還有一個大大的後院！停車場超大還免費，前院後院使勁撲通，後面有山前面有江，眼睛超滿足。
老闆脾氣超級好，免費車接車送！在村裡玩不管去哪給老闆打個電話馬上就到，老闆偶爾還會打電話關心一下哈哈哈 。跟老闆偶然説起潑水成冰，老闆第二天就安排。還有凍梨！老闆挨個房間送到，還是切好的，很方便吃（等一會兒化了會更好吃）
門口後院隨便打滾，狠狠滿足了愛雪人士的幻想！而且沒有光污染，晚上抬頭就能看見滿天星空
跟朋友聊天的時候還推薦他們來北極村一定要找這個老闆，真的是第一次這麼用心評價一個酒店，從沒有酒店會讓我主動想給好評，這裏超級好超級好超級好！都去給我住！

The room was spotless, and every detail, even in the corners, showed meticulous care. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, so friends who are particular about cleanliness can totally go for it with their eyes closed. The log cabin style combined with warm yellow lighting created an amazing Nordic fairytale ambiance. What was most heartwarming was the staff's service; from front desk check-in to helping with luggage, everyone was super enthusiastic and attentive. They even patiently shared tips for exploring the surrounding area, making it feel like coming home. You really can't go wrong choosing this place when you come to North Pole Village; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGośćThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

MMickaelChiaHost was not welcoming. Met him at the door but he was a bit hostile. I showed him the Chinese address and he said he didn't understand English. I told him to look carefully at the Hanzi.
After that he was very pushy , insisting I upgrade to a bigger room. The room I booked was already very large with a sofa.
The staircase light was turned off (and cannot be turned on from the lower floor) so I didn't dare go up in the middle.
The bathroom was clean with hit water but it frequently smelled if fecal matter.
In the two days I saw the host when I arrived and when I left.
